hi could i get feedback on attempting some of these variations. made a video on my channel called "reverse grub and baby exits."
would love criticism in particular for the hookback. struggle getting my left shoulder down.
Hey dude! checked out the video in your channel! good work! can see you getting it real soon. some tips- you obviously know how to grub so you know there must be circular momentum in this move. so in 0.09 of the video and 0.54 you need to use ur left leg to swing down and backwards cause your right knee is on the ground. for reverse grub u need to land with your right foot flat down and close to your butt. it's literally grub in reverse. so how you start a grub, you have to end like that in reverse grub!
