Are you juggling work, family, a side hustle and trying to fit your training in? Life is only getting busier and more complicated, so how can you get it all done and also get better at BJJ? JT & Joey have their own personal strategies for mapping out a schedule and making a plan to fit it all in. Can you do it all? "Less but Better" is a cornerstone of both their personal and training philosophies but they approach it differently. This discussion is in the name of helping you identify what is most important to you and then make a plan of action so you can be effective in all aspects of your life.

My juggling work does get in the way but I've found that all the ball action has made me focus on my north south game more
Greetings from Poland.
Full time job, 3 month old son, do all the cooking, cleaning, and chores. I write, i read, i run, want to go to the gym and role. Wish my wife did more.
As a dad of a year old this episode has been super helpful.
It certainly helps if your kids are rolling too. My oldest son rolls before me before the adult class. Open mats, my wife picks him up since we roll for three hours afterwards
Great Conversation! Appreciate it.
The time management matrix from the book 7 habits of highly effective people is a great tool for organising your time too. Really helped me
For journals, I really like the MiGOALS planners.
Married with no kids, work full time overnights doing security at a hospital, play in 3 bands, roll BJJ, work out. Trying to juggle is hell. I will be writing out a Schedule TONIGHT!
Great pod
It feels crazy at times. Work 9-5 Monday throught Friday, bjj three times per week in the evening on top of being an insanely clean person and having to cook dinner and make sure the dog is walked I don't get to bed until around midnight. Saturdays and Sundays are for conditioning and maybe finding some time to kick back
brah, I hope you get more subs. the podcast is really good
Great Advice Fellas, Much Love Frome the UK
Great discussion and excellent advice. Thank you guys!
Would be interested to hear how you would recommend someone manage their schedule when it CAN'T be the same every week.
Can I put bulletproof100 and get 100% off?
