    Thanks for the video! I really appreciate anybody who is creating content on this subject!
    For your safety, on the table saw, you should not ever leave small pieces of material between the blade and the fence. That piece can get launched at you at really high speed and do a ton of damage. The safest way to do this is with a cross cut sled.

    For all you folks who value you little fingers or big fat fingers. Fingers of all sizes dont really matter im going to give you a very valuable piece of advice!!!!
    DO NOT WEAR GLOVES OF ANY KIND OR LOOSE FITTING LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS ON ANY MACHINES YOU FIND IN A MACHINE SHOP EVER!!
    MILLS, LATHES ( SHOULD BE A NO BRAINER?, DRILL PRESS.
    Some things ok say a CNC.
    Be Smart if theres even a 1% chances you could get caught in a machine dont do it.
    A lathe with rip your arm off and could kill you. Drills will rip hands off!! Follow these rules keep your 🙌👍🤙

    I don't know how this got to be on my feed, I've been searching for "Rocky and Bullwinkle" cartoons, and this popped up. Thinking this might be a previously unknown animation, I watched the whole thing....now I have the know-how to make a suppressor, but I have no need for it, because I lost all my guns in a tragic boating accident years ago. Oh me oh my, whatever should I do with this esoteric knowledge? How will it help me with the search for more Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons?! I don't know. I just have to take things day by day. 🤠

    very nicely done!!!
    Does the alignment of the baffels matter after doing the DHC.
    (EG Baff1 clocked 0 Baff 2 clocked +45or90deg Baff 2 clocked +90or135 Baff 3 etc)
    Being that the cuts are symmetrical I would think no.....

    • @garystuckogh7861
      @garystuckogh7861  4 роки тому +1

      Being that they are symmetrically clipped it doesnt matter. if it was single (asymmetric) clipped then they would need to be oriented.

    I am curious. Does it matter if the clipped baffles are all aligned all the way down the bore? I am doing a Modular suppressor which I just received approval on my form 1 via the ATF filing individual and electronically. Applied Aug 18th and approved Nov 11th (about 3 months)
    What do I do with my suppressor as far as clipping the baffles? I have the KM Whisper 7.8” stainless steel modular solvent trap kit. I was able to get it drilled on my drill press with a jig but I’m curious as to how I should clip the baffles. I don’t believe there is any way to align them all perfectly once they’re all put together. Any idea, suggestions or knowledge someone could share on this would be awesome

    • @akaLuptonPittman
      @akaLuptonPittman Рік тому +2

      Aligned asymmetric 👍… also, a straight line marked down the entire outside of all baffles tightened to how they’ll be, will give a decent reference for clips
