DIY Yoni Steam Herbal Blend | How To Easily V Steam At Home

Hi! In this video I’ll be showing you how to make your very own Yoni steam blend using herbs. We’re using raspberry leaf, chamomile, rose petals, and calendula for this mixture.
It’s very easy to Yoni steam at home. It’s affordable and convenient. I’m also using a toilet seat Sitz bath that I got from Amazon.

@Isabellableu97 while it may not be as ideal comfort wise you could purchase a large stainless steal pot and place a training seat on top and sit on that instead. I actually use my tub for leverage and hover above a large glass bowl. Plastic secretes toxins when in contact with extremely hot fluids/food. You don’t want it in your mix/steam/yoni.
