I used to have the worst period cramps, I tried your method for the first time in July at home and all my cramps were gone. And surprise surprise, it also helped me with my infertility as well. I got pregnant right after in August after over a year of trying to conceiving, although I never really got to get medical attention to find out what was wrong, I steamed once with fresh herbs and now I'm now 3 months pregnant. @@HealthyKyla I didn't have everything you suggested but I did have some sage, rosemary, mint, basil, origanum, some cinnamon and some lemon slices 🤷🏽♀️. I was skeptical at first and burned myself a little before getting it to the right temperature but it was perfect and IT WORKED. Thanks to you, my little one will be arriving May 2021😊 and I didn't have to buy any expensive stuff. Keep doing an awesome job😘, you changed my life

I love how everyone here is so positive. I hope that everybody gets what they wanted out of this and it really has helped me relax and calm down while trying to conceive. I talked about doing this on a Reddit post and the women there were not very friendly, they seem to think that I was dumb for thinking that this would help me but I don't care what they say because it HAS helped me. It can't hurt! And it feels good and it smells good and it's very relaxing and it's nice to have the time to myself just taking care of myself doing whatever I want to do like watching a movie or reading a book doing some artwork. Thank you to everyone on your who is always so supportive! 💕🖤💕🤎❣️ And thank you for posting this video!

My first menstrual cycle after I tried this was only three days and zero pain whatsoever. Usually it's 5 to 7 days with pain the whole time.

Lavender, Marigold Calendula, rosemary leaf, oregano leaf, and yani spa kit which is it's own basic mixture but I read about the healing properties of the others I chose and made my own mixture to have more potency of the herbs I feel I need. I bought it all before I saw your guide 😊. BTW tomorrow is my ovulation day, everyone please ask the universe to help me create life (I'm asking for and manifesting twins) 💕🤞🏾💚🖖🏼💙🤞🏿❤️🖖🏾

Also be mindful that those wood that made up that crate you’re use may have chemicals in them, so you don’t want to have those chemicals steaming your cookie.

I use a foldable commode, it works well and is stable. I steamed regularly after giving birth, really helps to cleanse the uterus.

I have seen so many thing to say it’s bad but it is just steam with herbs...I don’t see how it could be bad...ladies sit in the bath with bath bombs which I think are way worse.

I got one from www.thesnatchedkat.ecwid.com it is perfect. I got the seat and steam kit for like $30. I wanted to do the hemroid pillow but was afraid the steam would cause mold or something. But so far so good. Hope it helps!!
I use a lawn chair that has a mesh middle and cut out that mesh. I paid $25 for it at Dick's Sporting Goods. I also refuse to pay for seats used for steams and they look uncomfortable.

I love your setup! I am currently located in L.A., CA. & I went to Koreatown to a day spa to try V steaming after learning about it online. They used single hot plates and had pots simmering up under you. It was very hot. I haven't been back because I know that I could make the same setup at home, 4 myself. VAGINAL STEAMING
Vaginal steaming is not new.It is a self-healing and self empowering practice that our ancestors regularly engaged in.
They knew that within the elements of nature (fire, water, steam and herbs) was healing.
Vaginal steaming is used to address fibroids, heavy periods, cramping, bacterial infections, urinary tract infections, unexplained infertility, PCOS, vaginal dryness, postpartum care, and womb based trauma.
PREPARATION AND USAGE:
Put a considerable amount of basil leaves (Scent leaves), bitter leaves and salt(optional) in a pot and boil for 30 mins.
Pour into a bucket high in length (to avoid burn).
Sit on the bucket for 15 mins.
DURATION: Do this twice weekly for effectiveness.
NOTE:
Vaginal steaming helps Fight UTI (urinary tract infections) and other infections! Since UTI is the most common problem for women, help prevent it by giving proper vaginal care and cleansing.
IT ALSO HELPS TO TIGHTEN THE VAGINA AND ELIMINATES SMELL.

Loving this idea....I have the sitz bath that u put over the toilet. I'm like u I like the water to stay heated....and I don't get that luxury doing the sitz bath method.
