- A spectacular walk along West Beach in Berneray followed by a walk around the Island and then to East Beach. Which is your favourite beach in the Outer Hebrides? It will take a lot to beat West Beach I'm sure.
Berneray is a small island with around 140 residents and I didn't speak to anyone the whole time I was there, it really is peace on earth.

Thanks for the mention Iona! The greatest showman story indeed was based on the P T Barnum circus. In 1849 Angus went to work for them and appeared next to General Tom Thumb :) Such an amazing story! ❤

A wonderful place Reminds me of visits to the north of Scotland when I was young. Slight problem that I couldn’t hear quite a lot of the commentary.
I know, I have a new microphone now so things will be much improved I hope. Ive already filmed North Uist and Balranald nature reserve so sadly they will be same sound quality but hope you still watch and enjoy.

I did enjoy, thank you too. It was lovely to be back in Berneray albeit virtually. West Beach made me smile as I remember us trying to climb up the sand dunes, two steps up and slipping one back and laughing so much it became impossible and walking along the beach to where it was less steep.
