That one certainly pushed me to my limits - over 20 minutes in Zone 5 according to my heart rate monitor and over 30 minutes in zone 4 (HiiT), means I covered over 50 minutes at an extreme push. The rest in zone 3 after warming up means that today I can eat cake without feeling any guilt whatsoever 🤣 I really couldn’t push myself like this without your awesome support and encouragement. Team KC is SIMPLY THE BEST 🙏🙏🙏
That was a weird ride for me. I had two different phone calls I had to take-first one at about 15 minutes in then the next about 30 minutes later. It would have been easy to quit after either. But I made myself start back up! Thanks for a great ride...I'll do this one again...hopefully with no interruptions next time!

Intermission 2022 - CONSISTENCY PreREFINE - Done. Had to pull this favorite ride out of the KCF Archives. Needed to complete my exercise ring for the Apple Watch Challenge this month. This ride is immensely KCF Hall of Fame! I finished this ride better because I have cycling shoes - huge difference! After getting of the bike - I kicked my Apple Watch across the floor! Challenge accepted!😆 🏁WINNING🏁⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️
