I just used the microinfusion device pretty much all over my face and there is still so much product left in the vile. Am I doing something wrong? Really don’t want to throw out that much product
Hi Lori 👋 you may do 1-2 passes over the skin, and focus on any areas you're concerned with. When performing the treatment at times you may need to lean slightly back so the serum sits at the head of the device (allowing for the serum to penetrate through the needles and into your skin). We recommend applying the left over serum to your skin so it can soak up all the nourishing ingredients overnight! You may also just apply the rubber stopper to the serum vial and use what remains for your next treatment 🤍
I had the same issue. Less than half of the serum actually went into the skin. It seems like if the serum isn't penetrating the skin, it's just an overpriced serum. @@qureskincare

I bought wrongly!!! I think.. All i have are the serums and micro needle stamps. Why is the system so messed up?? Why not make the viles so that you can directly screw the needle stamp thing directly on the vile, rather than having to pour the serum from one vile to another?? Or did they make it like that for extra money, because now we have to buy the other bottle separately. Where do I buy that bottle? i can't even find it on the site, and do we have to keep reusing that bottle, too?? What's the whole point of it being sterile if we need to reuse the same bottle?

I stamp with my face tilted so the serum stays at the needles. I also hold it in place for a few seconds. I had very little serum left with this method.

I follow the directions but I can't seem to get the serum to come out when I place it on my face
Hello 👋 when stamping, try to ensure the serum is at the end of the device where the needles are. Sometimes this requires you to slightly tilt your head back or device towards the ceiling to help the serum make its way through the needles.
Another tip is to pop the lid back on the device and put it upside down again, tap the end of the device to help push the serum down the needles! Hope this helps 🙌

I bought wrongly!!! I think.. All i have are the serums and micro needle stamps. Why is the system so messed up?? Why not make the viles so that you can directly screw the needle stamp thing directly on the vile, rather than having to pour the serum from one vile to another?? Or did they make it like that for extra money, because now we have to buy the other bottle separately. Where do I buy that bottle? i can't even find it on the site, and do we have to keep reusing that bottle, too?? What's the whole point of it being sterile if we need to reuse the same bottle?

After stamping, do I put on moisturizer? Is there any ingredient I should avoid?
The day after treatment, wash your face with a gentle cleanser and apply a nourishing moisturizer. Don’t use topical retinoids before treatment (at least for a day).Don’t use comedogenic serums or oils during or after treatment at home. Avoid using active skincare products until after day 3 of treatment.

We're sorry to hear about your reaction! The serum is free from parabens, fragrance and alcohol so they are safe for most skin types. Typically, when there is a skin reaction from it, it would show right away and particularly in the areas that it was applied to. Is there anything that you may be allergic to that you’re not aware of?
If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to do a patch test first. In addition, avoid stamping on an active acne as it can spread the bacteria and cause skin irritation. I ordered mine several weeks ago, never got it. Been trying to get customer service to email me back, tried the live chat all they would type back is was repeating the same question. Had no problem taking my money! On the tracking it just says order placed.

The live chat would ask for the order number I would give the order number and it would ask again for a order number, this repeating several times after all that it gave an option to email

1) Can I integrate this in my daily routine? Are there products that I need to avoid while using your serums before or after and if so, for how long?
2) After how long I can do laser hair removal on the face and how long do I have to wait after laser to use this again?
3) Do I have to do anything to my skin before or after to prevent infection? How can I protect my skin afterwards?

1, Yes! One of the best things about the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is that you only need to use it once per day. That's how effective the treatment is! You just need to make sure that you clean your face before you use the mask.
2. Kindly coordinate this with your dermatologist please.
3. Like what I have mentioned on point 1, just make sure that your face is clear prior using the mask and you can do your daily routine after the treatment.

Have many needling head are there in a box?
It depends on the order because we have the 3 Month Supply that comes with 6x needle heads, 2 Month Supply with 4x needle heads and the 1 Month Supply that comes with 2x needle heads. :)
I have used this three times followed instruction but can barely get any serum out. I have a lot left. I feel like i have wasted my money. I know how to do stamping so not sure the problem.
When stamping, try to ensure the serum is at the end of the device where the needles are. Sometimes this requires you to slightly tilt your head back or device towards the ceiling to help the serum make its way through the needles.

I stamp with my face tilted so the serum stays at the needles. I also hold it in place for a few seconds. I had very little serum left with this method.
@@elizabethwhite327 one serum vial is intended for one session. If you still have leftover serum left, you can take it out of the chamber and pat it onto your face and neck for your skin to absorb all the nourishing ingredients of the serum ✨🤍

Do we have to clean out the bottle that we pour the serum into? Do we have to sanitize that or just keep adding serum in every time we use it? No one ever talks about that

No serum came out no matter how long I let the device sit upside down, titling my head throughout, loosening the grip etc…. Feel like I wasted my time and money

How many bottles of ointment comes with the needle bottle I had to replay it many times u do stuff so quickly?????
Our 3-month bundle includes 6 treatments. You’ll get 1 Micro Infusion device with 1 disposable needle head attached, plus 5 more needle heads (one for each treatment). Each needle head is for single use to keep things clean and safe. You’ll use one full serum ampoule per treatment. For the best results, we recommend doing the treatment every 2 weeks at night before bed. 🥰
