The airshot I can get myself to use once a week and don't have to change my routine around it other than not using Vit C that morning or retinol that evening, depending on when I use the device. I noticed you left getting the metal clip off the serum vials out of your video. I really would have loved to see your technique. I destroy at least one nail every time I have to open one of them. Another reason I don't think I'll ever wind up going back to the Qure. On another note, I used your coupon to get OneSkin and am absolutely loving it! I'll need to look at the Airshot device - sounds interesting. I use a retinal every other day at the moment and I haven't changed my routine. I think I'm removing the metal clip wrong because I just pull the whole thing off, unplug the vial and pour out the serum. Now I've got into it, I'll no doubt try some other options along the way. I'm so glad you like OneSkin. Thanks! I just received the Qure mask with the microinfusion system but there are no instructions regarding when I can do the mask following the treatment. @@Princess._.Ishika I know you asked for an update from Claire about adipeau but I purchased a few bottles myself. I consistently use the serum on my smile lines, the 11 between the eyes and even a small amount under my eyes (hallows) and lips for a slight plump. It is likely a product I will use forever. I used to use the frowies every night but as soon as I removed it, the lines would gradually start coming back. Adipeau works better and I no longer use frownies. Thanks for the great review, Clare. Quick question. Could you do an update about your husband's and father's hair growth results any time soon? Really would appreciate it. Thank you so much and thumbs up!
I will do one over the summer, promise. Just giving it a bit more time as my dad still has new hair growing in! His results are extraordinary!! My husband’s is the same - he’s maintaining his new volume but not increasing it.
@@thehonestchannelyes would love to know that update too! Just subscribed! I recently purchased Qure (like you I wasn't sure how to use a roller). I used it once so far and didn't feel like any serum was coming out no matter how hard I pressed. I ended up having SO much serum leftover that I ended up slathering it on my neck, chest, arms etc. I reached out to the company via email to ask for suggestions but they never replied. I since then bought a stamp and plan to use the Qure serum with the stamp instead.
I think I might know what the problem is there. Once you’ve twisted the needlehead onto the serum chamber you need to turn it upside down and then leave it for the full two minutes. That way you get a lot of serum out. Same thing happened to me when I didn’t leave it upside down for long enough. Hope that works for you!
@@claudiasummers2383 Try a different needle head. You may have just got a dodgy one. Either way that's really frustrating and you should be compensated if you got a faulty needle head.
I turn it upside now for 15 minutes and still have problems with the liquid coming out. I do it multiple times over the entire face and am always left with lots of product left.
Hello thank you for the good information. But I am most interested when you mention about your Husband and Dad. My husband’s hair is thinning. Pls give us an update. Thank you.
Great video Clare! And good job. I know how nervous you were to start microneedling and I am glad you found something that allows you to get started. I think if you tried something like a dr pen you would find it less painful than a roller as well
This was a great video. Thank you for all the information and I think you look fantastic. I see changes in you from when I first started to watch you on video. I’m excited for all that we learn. Oh, and I am Scottish also! Ha ha I get it!❤
I haven't tried it myself because the skin on your lips is thinner and easier to puncture therefore I've shied away from it. Qure have this article on their website about it www.qureskincare.com/blogs/all/microneedling-lips?srsltid=AfmBOoo6G0YFskpNgVQ1P2iK2gilnT8FgPQ3IBtE2oIwIO9avE5ztJBI
Just found your channel and about to try Qure for the first time:) From what I understand, the larger vial is meant to be big enough to mix the two different serums together if someone wanted to use both at the same time. For the sake of cost, I’ll definitely only use one at a time! :) Wish me luck 😊😮
I hope you can help me with my problem. I have got to wear a CPAP mask every single night and it is destroying my skin. It is causing me to have drooping cheeks and jowls and causing me to have swollen eyes. Is there anything that you can recommend that I can wear with a CPAP mask to counteract the side effects of wearing one. It Is really depressing me what it is doing to my skin, but I have got to wear it to prevent a heart attack while I’m sleeping. Thank you for any help that you can give me. Sandy 😇 PS: I love all your UA-cam videos. I do use the Omnilux red light mask at least four times a week. I had bought the Nira but it was defective and every time that I would send it back and get a new one, it was also defective and so I just got my money back.
I’m so sorry to hear of your health condition. It’s very difficult to offer helpful advice without understanding more about your skin type, age etc. It sounds as if your skin is getting pulled by the mask so you may find something like microcurrent or sonic vibration helpful to stimulate your skin and also the muscle. I find vibration good for reducing eye puffiness. Sending best wishes.
@@thehonestchannel thank you so much for your response. I’m 83 years old, have normal skin. No one believes my age. I have always taken very good care of my skin and use all natural and organic skin care products. I drink lots of lemon and water. I’ve never smoked nor drank and eat very healthy. Also which vibration device do you recommend for the puffy eyes? I appreciate you taking the time to address my request.😇
I LOVE microneedling - I started doing it this year. I get it done at my derm's office with 2mm needles - it's definitely not for the faint of heart, but from the first use I noticed lifting and a noticeable difference in my pores. This microneedling system looks like it might be good for top ups. BTW, I'm 6 weeks into my Adipeau journey and I feel like I look.... prettier? More like my old self? I seem to photograph better, too, although if I take before and after photos I can't see any appreciable difference. You say you used it for 3 months - do the effects go away if you stop using it? Because though I'm happy so far, it sure is inconvenient to have that mega-oily face twice a day.
I used the Adipeau for just under six months but saw the biggest results in 3. Did I reply to someone that I’d just used it for 3? D’oh! I feel like I’ve lost a little volume since stopping but I’ve also lost weight so it’s hard to say. My feeling with it is it could be used on and off as a booster rather than daily long-term. Good to hear the microneedling is working so well for you!
2mm...girl you're hardcore 😅. But I do 1.6mm every 3/4 months. You're correct about Adipeau. That's exactly what it does. It prettifies. A gentle plumpness of youth. I'm on my third bottle and it's the one thing I will fork out for.
It is definitely intense - I’m always counting the seconds until it’s over. I try to get it done once a month, alternating sometimes with peels. But now that it’s summer I’ll hold off and try biorevitalization instead.
Hi, I really like your video. Could you recommend me which serum to choose, with the microneedling. I am 50 years old, i have saggy skin, and wrinkles. Thank you in advance .
Thank you for this video. I really don't like the derma roller because I have to sanitize it after every use and I don't feel confident that I am truly sanitizing it. I bought a 3 month supply and will give this a try. On another note, which growth factor is your favorite? I know you have been using the MAC, but was curious if that is your favorite. I've tried so many and am not sure they really make a big difference in my skin.
Hope you enjoy using this system. I find it very easy and a good way to start microneedling. Best growth factors in skincare is the million dollar question! I have been using Calecim for quite a while now but my mum's been using OneSkin and feels there's a difference in her skin. My feeling is it will take time to tell which peptides and growth factors are most effective in our skin - and it may be different ones suit different skin types and we're just not there yet. I was impressed with the research behind the No7 Future Renew serum (I'd use that over the creams) and think it's a good low-cost option to try longer term. I think it takes at least 3 months if not longer to see any difference with these treatments. Hope that helps!
@@thehonestchannel very helpful thank you. I also have been using One Skin for almost a year now. Not quite sure what it's doing but I use so much it's hard to say.
Thank you for your kind words! Adipeau say you don't have to keep using their cream long-term once you've got the desired results so I used it for 6 months then stopped. I may use it again for a couple of months later in the year.
Can you repeat the dosing you use again for Cure. Once every 2-4 weeks? Also, the serum is not gone after I use it… do you save the serum? Is it best to have someone else apply it so that the serum bottle is in the full upside down position thereby using the serum. I’m assuming one vial is for one application.
What was that microcurrent device you've shown, Claire? I just got a Rio EMS device, but it is pretty intense, it makes the muscles twitch and you end up doing all sorts of weird faces... 😅
I use the EvenSkyn Phoenix which is solar powered and emits an extremely gentle current. The ZIIP devices are also comfortable to use, though much more expensive. I’ve linked to the Phoenix in the description.
I'm new to this, I've never tried Botox or juvederm, I'm 41 and I really want to because I'm beginning to see lines and my face isn't as plump and lively as it used to be so I have to say I'm very excited to be starting this also nervous the video did help thank you so much I will also continue my research as well but thank you it helped a lot
Botox is great I go to plastic surgeon twice a year but it’s the nurse that applies it. I only do 30units. And juvederm once a year only for the tip of my lips to the side of the nose (clown smile) both are fantastic
Hi Dear, Microneedling Pen is better than the roller one since this may ruin the skin (try it on a banana and you will see the difference).Regards from Germany
So glad you enjoy my videos : ) I have had a number of viewers who lost fat due to RF or another energy-based treatment and who have found Adipeau helpful. That said it is expensive. The good news is you shouldn't have to use it long-term and I found that three months of use (two bottles) was enough to see a clear difference.
@thehonestchannel thank you Claire I am wondering if this anti wrinkle serum will work good for hormonal acne? Or is it any other serum which could work out? I tried many products ( prescribed creams from dermatologist and some tablets ) but unfortunately nothing seems to work:(
@@infinitesadness9097 I don't have any evidence or data to share around that I'm afraid. They do however advise against using Calecim on active acne though. There is more info on their website.
Qure don’t tell you to refrigerate leftover serum but rather just ensure you seal the bottle between uses. Storing in a cool, darker environment is a good idea though.
Me too with the dermaroller tried it found it went through me that prickly itchy feeling I also bought and sent back a Dr pen it looked like an instrument of torture ......the stamp looks like a good option might give it a go 🎉
I'm a bit afraid of the Dr Pen as well but feel I should give it a go in the interests of doing a comparison. I like the idea of being in control of the needle stamping rather than the pen stamping me!
I asked ai what to use to try and get my under eyes less hollow as the dark circles are so bad and it suggested micro needling. Has anyone used this under the eyes?
It can take a bit of getting used to. Haven’t tried a numbing cream but it would also affect the absorption of your serum so best to tough it out if you can.
Just ordered the product using your discount code ! Thank you 🙏🏽! Look forward to testing it! I also don’t like the “one time” use options so any other techniques besides wiping with alcohol to keep it disinfected, please do share ! 😊
Funnily enough I’ve been thinking I should do an update recently. There wasn’t much interest when I first published the review but I think more people are aware of it now. Will plan something in around it.
Its not for me at the moment i feel theres so much out there i dont know what to choose for best results im sticking to red light and tretinoan for now xxx
Callecim also shoud make a bottle with microneedles for the facial serum and for the hair growth serum. I find it very difficult to apply by myself the products, and that is why i bought the 6 vials of hair growth serum, two month ago and i haven' t used it yet. I have to find someone to help me twice a week and still haven't.
Hi. Are you worried about using the scalp stamp? It’s really easy and painless and the results are genuine. I talk through how to use it in this video in case it helps.. ua-cam.com/video/D_6pHf3w_rc/v-deo.html
I watched the video, thank you, long before i decided to buy the product, it was the video that convinced me to try it. I will write to you in private if you don' t mind.
You can use other systems and go deeper and get more dramatic results, but I don't know if I could sustain that long-term and I'm not sure how great that is for the longer-term health and volume of your skin. Like I said in the video, I take a gentle approach to improving and maintaining the condition of my skin and believe I'm seeing the results.
i have found that all of these treatments really stabilize your skin. when i stop for awhile or have returned devices for lack of effect, overtime i see worsening. this is all more maintenance. but u do see subtle improvement
Another great video Clare, though I do prefer using Dr.Pen which you have more control with, as you can dial the needle length up or down to suit your pain tolerance. I usually stick at 0.5 and use my own serums. Looking forward to hearing your views on Bluelene, as this has mixed reviews, though I'm tempted to try the night cream. Thanks again for your video Clare x
@@thehonestchannel If you start on the lowest setting of 0.1 you won't feel a thing. Then each time, slowly increase to the desired setting. But it also depends on the pins used, the larger amount of pins cover the most area, and do not cause any discomfort regardless of needle depth. The pins come in sizes of 9,11, 36 and 42 for example, I normally get 9 or 11 size because i've adjusted the feeling and genuinely do not feel any pain or discomfort. They also supply a Nano pin, which is amazing with zero pain or discomfort, and you just use it to push all your serum in and wake up with beautiful rested skin. I think you'd love Dr Pen Clare. If you buy, go for the 36 Pins and the the 11, Start with the 36, which is totally pain free, and next time try the 11 on the lowest depth of 0.1.
Good grief - is there anything you don’t use??? How can you possibly know which ingredient, lotion, or device is actually helping your skin when you start one while still using all of the others (at home devices, skin care lotions and treatments, and in office procedures? ) I’m curious as to how much time you spend on your face each day? I think there’s such a thing as too much and you are way too overly concerned with your looks. I like your interviews with dermatologists and other doctors who have real life experience with all of these different products, devices, procedures and techniques, and can report on the results they have seen objectively in their patients. That’s journalism. I think that is a much better way to bring us the information we need because your experience is your experience and doesn’t reflect what other people will experience or what their outcome will be. In other words, your viewers might expect one thing and end up with something entirely different. For example, I use this same micro needling device, and experience more than just a fingernail against my forehead when I use it! You could just skip on the expense of all your treatments etc and save up for a facelift. That’s the only thing that is going to stop fascia migration that occurs with aging to restore a youthful appearance to the face. People think it’s all about the skin but it isn’t. Well-known plastic surgeons often advise against 6:40 in office energy devices treatments because it’s not going to makemuch of a difference in someone over the age of 50-60 who will just need to repeat them in two years or less. So I’m curious as to how much you spend on your face each year - approximately - using all these things and getting all the treatments you bring to your viewers. That would give us an idea of what it might cost over the course of the next 15 to 20 years. Having said that I do use and like this micro infusion device. There is no risk and no downside or downtime, but it needs to be used consistently.
can you post a picture of yourself before you started all your experimentation and the to present day, you seem to invested a tremendous amount of work and expense I think this would be useful for viewers...Thank you.
Please warn people about fake disc blade rollers. They can have 540 points with a blade on each side for 1080 slices. They can be be very disfiguring especially if you're allergic to whatever metal they use. They are being sold still on the zonian. If you use a real needle roller they shouldn't have more than 200 real needles. I'm looking into airshot now.
In my personal opinion this is a waste of time for maximum results. There are pens that work way better than this and one can also put that juice in the pen.
Yes, although I think this is a good option for beginners like me who want to dip a toe in the water and keep it safe and easy. I might order a Dr Pen and do a comparison.

I would never try microneedling. Nobody knows what they're doing. Even if I see good results on the surface of my skin, how do I know that I'm not causing fibrosis in my dermis?
Yes, I’m also wary because I think we should we working with our skin and not be constantly provoking it. My feeling is this is a pretty surface treatment at 0.5mm and I’m not planning on going beyond that.
@@thehonestchannel I bought Dr. Lance Setterfield's medical book (Microneedling 3rd Edition) because I wanted to do it right. I concluded that the risks outweigh the benefits. By the way, I loved your interview with doctor Frey about how retinoids are not worth it for most people. I'm curious to know if you're convinced that prescription Retin-A causes irreversible fat loss in the long run. Any thoughts? Thank you.
@@johndoe9362 You definitely have to be careful with treatments that cause any kind of trauma to the skin that's for sure. Re tretinoin, I don't think we have clear evidence that it causes fat loss - and I don't think that would necessarily be irreversible. My personal view is that some skin types cope with it better than others - and I think it's possible that some users (particularly if they start on too high a strength) can have a more severe inflammatory response which may contribute to the volume loss that we see anecdotal reports about. That's just a theory though!
@@thehonestchannel Please Google: "Topical tretinoin causes dry eye." Ophthalmologists claim it causes death to the tear producing meibomian glands which leads to (possibly) irreversible dry eye. Some think that as long as people avoid rubbing the cream near the eyelids that they will not be harmed but others say that topical tretinoin becomes systemic and therefore it can harm the meibomian glands even if tretinoin is applied far from the eyelids. Oh that's absolutely brilliant because I love the little stamp pots. I will go and look for them now. I have some Calecim serum that I have been using with a derma stamp but the pots would be better. Thanks for flagging this!!
Came here to see the review on this as I’m considering it and then saw you mention the hair growth… my mom is shedding hair and would like to help with something that has lasting results!
Btw this review is so thorough! You’re awesome!!
I also love that you pin point the expectations on visible results which in this case is subtle , so posting photos of before and after wouldn’t be helpful… I appreciate your honesty and realistic aspect of this process… too many fake marketing adds out there with unreasonable promises …
This makes you more credible and I’d likely purchase anything you post a review on as I’ll know it’s honest and realistic .

Great video. It’s all working….your skin looking amazing. Love your content.

@The Honest Channel I actually left it upside for about 5 minutes and still nothing. I will try again though.
@@claudiasummers2383 Try a different needle head. You may have just got a dodgy one. Either way that's really frustrating and you should be compensated if you got a faulty needle head.
Honestly, I would never do business with a company that is not responsive. I already turned off by them already. Thanks for letting us know.
I turn it upside now for 15 minutes and still have problems with the liquid coming out. I do it multiple times over the entire face and am always left with lots of product left.
that is exactly right. its n armory. using a bunch of different creams and devices, nutrition etc.... it does slow down skin decline
This looks great . I have to try it🙆
Have you tried the Beauty Filler from Cocunat? How does it compare to it?
Hello thank you for the good information. But I am most interested when you mention about your Husband and Dad. My husband’s hair is thinning. Pls give us an update. Thank you.

Great video Clare! And good job. I know how nervous you were to start microneedling and I am glad you found something that allows you to get started. I think if you tried something like a dr pen you would find it less painful than a roller as well

My question is my skin is sensitive. Im scared to put in my skin then suddenly have a reaction and turn red…what will i do if will happen?
Can I ask you: have you ever considered Sculptra?
I wouldn’t rule it out in future but I’m trying to keep invasive treatments to a minimum for now.
Can you use this same product and procedure for your lips?
Hope you enjoy using it!
Which were they using on hair? Thank you!
It’s the Calecim hair system. This is a recent video I filmed on it ua-cam.com/video/KzKjmEFdOTk/v-deo.html
Thank you. What is it that your family is using in their hair?
They use Calecim. I've done a couple of videos on it if you want to take a look. They're linked in the description.
Sandy 😇
PS: I love all your UA-cam videos.

Hello - I would like to know more about the hair growth?
Sure. I discuss my dad's treatment and results in this video ua-cam.com/video/tUpa5IiNobQ/v-deo.html
How expensive is this system?
Hi, I really like your video. Could you recommend me which serum to choose, with the microneedling. I am 50 years old, i have saggy skin, and wrinkles. Thank you in advance .
Glad you liked the video ❤️ Their rejuvenating serum is designed to help with the signs of aging on our skin.
Please could you share your retinoid routine and which retynal do you use ? Your skin is so beautiful
Thank you so much! Funnily enough, I just wrote about this very thing on my blog www.honest.scot/why-out-of-all-the-retinoids-i-chose-retinal/
What about Adeapu? Have you stopped using?! Your face looks plumper and beautiful 💜
Qure recommend doing a treatment once every two weeks. It's fine not to use all the serum in one go - it makes it last longer : )
@@thehonestchannelthe directions say to take the leftover and gently pat it on your face.
Have you found that miracle eye Lifting serum yet?
No miracle serum found yet I'm afraid!

Yes, I wasn't keen on the roller : )
Which pen would you suggest?
Hello and Greetings from Austria🥰
I have much lost of fat in the marionette lines after RF🙈
Should i try Adipeau ?

So glad you enjoy my videos : ) I have had a number of viewers who lost fat due to RF or another energy-based treatment and who have found Adipeau helpful. That said it is expensive. The good news is you shouldn't have to use it long-term and I found that three months of use (two bottles) was enough to see a clear difference.
Thank You so much…

What is RF?
Clare can you give the name for that serum for hairs?
Yes, it's Calecim. I've done a few videos on it
@thehonestchannel thank youuuu so much thinking to try 🙏✨
@thehonestchannel thank you Claire I am wondering if this anti wrinkle serum will work good for hormonal acne? Or is it any other serum which could work out? I tried many products ( prescribed creams from dermatologist and some tablets ) but unfortunately nothing seems to work:(
@@infinitesadness9097 I don't have any evidence or data to share around that I'm afraid. They do however advise against using Calecim on active acne though. There is more info on their website.
I don't know how you would know if if worked with all the other stuff you do.
Do you refrigerate the leftover serum if you are combining 2 different ones.
Qure don’t tell you to refrigerate leftover serum but rather just ensure you seal the bottle between uses. Storing in a cool, darker environment is a good idea though.
Thank you for your quick response. I plan on using mine for the first time today.

I asked ai what to use to try and get my under eyes less hollow as the dark circles are so bad and it suggested micro needling. Has anyone used this under the eyes?
Okay, I must be a big baby because this hurt… can you recommend a topical numbing cream?
It can take a bit of getting used to. Haven’t tried a numbing cream but it would also affect the absorption of your serum so best to tough it out if you can.
I bought a Dr. Pen but have been afraid to use it.
I hear you on that. I've nearly bought one several times!
Is this safe for neck skin?
Yes it is! Unless your neck is very sensitive?
Hi Clare, thank you for your video, I wanna try this soon 🥰❤️
Is it OK to use micro needling in combination with tretinoin?
I’m not a dermatologist but I’m aware that many derms advise stopping tretinoin for at least several days before and a couple of days after treatment

You wait 2 weeks between treatments?
That's the recommendation, yes.

There is so much out there! Red light and a retinoid are good choices.
I noticed a huge difference when not using red light. It works ❤
Can I use on my neck?
Yes you can.
Are you suppose to recycle the needles? My order came with only 2 needles
Ideally you use new needles each time. I mentioned I did reuse them after sterilising but that's not the recommendation.
Can you use it on your neck.
You can as it works superficially on your skin, but I’m not brave enough 😁
So the serum actually gets Injected?
It is infused into the upper layers of skin but isn’t injected as such. The needles are superficial.
The serum does NOT come out we l used it this morning!!! Made me really uncomfortable about my purchase.
You need to leave the serum pot upside down for a couple of minutes before using for the liquid to work its way through the needles.
what's the point if it's "very subtle."
Would you use a dermaroller in between this system,?
I do use a little microcurrent roller a few times a week to gently stimulate my skin and help tone muscles.
What is the name of it? And do you still use Adipeau? Thank you

I am intrigued by the Dr Pen. Does it hurt though? I like that I do the stamping with this system rather than it stamping me!
@@sandieb9273 Thank you for these great tips!
Thankyou is been looking for exactly this
Glad you found it helpful!

@@thehonestchannel
Please Google:
"Topical tretinoin causes dry eye."
Ophthalmologists claim it causes death to the tear producing meibomian glands which leads to (possibly) irreversible dry eye.
Some think that as long as people avoid rubbing the cream near the eyelids that they will not be harmed but others say that topical tretinoin becomes systemic and therefore it can harm the meibomian glands even if tretinoin is applied far from the eyelids.
