      What kinda oil do you use?

    • @Trip2Saturn
      @Trip2Saturn 9 місяців тому +48

      @@TraderZer0 none. I actually use CeraVe Moisturising Cream. This way my face got a really good base moisture. Combined with the slight pressure which reduces the swelling. And somehow it starting to shape my skin to its original shape. The sacking skin around the jawline and the eyes are really getting better … also my Teint is fresher … more blood circulation I guess? Cant explain.
      What I can say it’s working better than anything else I tried so far. Treatments included.
      Day 23 by now. Missed no day so far.

    This is the first tutorial I have followed, I had no idea what I was doing before this. And I must say, this is amazing. I feel so relaxed after. Meditation never worked for me, but this relaxes me so much. I think this might be my crux for finally having some sort of meditation in my life, which I desperately need! Thank you so much for this.

    I've been following this video for 2 weeks or so, using moisturiser. Sometimes i do the shorter version in the morning, but mostly do it in the evening before bed. I see my face getting more defined, but even if it's a placebo effect, this helps me relax my jaw, which is usually constantly clenched! thank you

    Thank you for your videos and, yes, for not incorporating too much talking. Your videos are perfect!!! I have a question - the Gua Sha stone i just purchased has a different shape - one side has small saw like teeth. i am assuming those are for neck? not sure. Thank you again!

    Definitely ready for bed after this lol. I'm sick atm and this video and using the gua sha has Definitely helped. I only have a plastic one atm and I wasn't sure how it was going to work but I think it still did a good job. Will definitely have to invest in a proper crystal one!

      The results of this practice vary, as it focuses on de-puffing and draining fluid from your face to give a more sculpted appearance. Some individuals may experience more noticeable results if they naturally have puffiness due to water retention from various health reason. So it might not always be your fault, but Im so so glad you find this helpful. Update me on how it goes! ❤❤

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  2 роки тому +7

      You should do your skincare routine first so you start with a clean face, then oil with Gua Sha. No need to wash after 🥰

    Hello,
    Dose the same apply to the jade roller? Are they supposed to be used warm?

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  2 роки тому +6

      Yes! Keep them warm too, or at least room temperature 🥰

    This is great! I’m wondering if it’s the same technique for a gua sha with a sort of scalloped or comb-like edge?

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  Рік тому

      you mean the gua sha with like tre bumps instead? 🥰 I recommend a similar one to mine, doesn't has to be fancy or a real jade stone. Any with that shape a bit easier to follow and gives better results. Make sure to do it in bed, on a sofa or put a towel underneath so if the stone slips out of your hand because of the oil it won't break.
