    Beauitiful! The inclusion of Nature, the sounds of birds, ocean, and breath...the slow grace; the side view for those of us with ADHD; what a feast for this artist. Thank you!

    At the risk of stating the obvious, the video seems to suggest that this form of Qi gong is capable of stimulating much heat and sufficient coolness, as and when needed. Is it a kind of mental exercise?

    • @NancyLebovitz
      @NancyLebovitz 4 роки тому +1

      It's mental and physical-- it takes a lot of attention to do the movements well.
      So far as temperature goes, it might be helping to open up the capillaries.

    When training this technique you slam the qi hard in your body to the area you work with if you only move it slow the qi will scatter along the path,working the channels at a slow rate is for old man in park and not for advanced qi guidance.

    How many repetitions is he doing?

    • @kepa0503
      @kepa0503 7 років тому +1

      you can do as many as you want; however, you have to use the same amount of repetitions for the entire form. If there is one exercise that feels better to you, you should start that one first and repeat it as many times as you would like. Then, you start the entire exercise from the beginning.
