Could you sometime do a video on Managing multiple bands in one night.
How do you structure the board? Do you make individual presets for each band or have a "master" preset? Also, tips for efficient changeovers, Struggling with the logistics and unplugging/reconnecting inputs.

I have a Behringer x32 rack for in ear monitoring system. Bass, 2 Guitars, vocals and sequencer go in there.
The question is, can I send the mix output (main L R) to FOH via two XLRs?
Yes, but I highly suggest you let the sound guy at whatever venue you’re playing at handle the mixing for FOH and use your rack for your in ears. It drives us sound guys crazy when bands don’t let us do our jobs.
If you’re playing a bar with no sound guy or PA, that’s different and do what you can.

2 crucial mistakes in a whole game is hardly the definition of “choking”. The 49ers were a better team going into this game, had home field advantage and had weapon after weapon on the offense. The Packers had a much younger, inexperienced team and no one expected them to rally in the second half of the season the way they did. The fact they put up that much of a fight against the #1 seed and had chances to actually win is impressive enough. Frustrated another Packers season ends with a loss to the 49ers in the playoffs but I’m confident about this teams future.
