My favorite control setup. I cross my feet sometimes instead of going direct to triangle because it's a great position to transition instead to an armbar or standard triangle depending on how they defend.
My 11 y/o son practices BJJ. I’d love to teach him this one. So simple and your opponent wont see it coming! Thanks for the video!
