Thanks for this Morgan! I was wondering why the mini cobra versus updog in the vinyasa? Looks like a good option for me as i tend to get tired out by all the updogs!
It’s a great option! In my personal practice I’m working on opening more across the clavicles, retracting the scapula, and finding the back bends from there vs in the lumbar spine. This option isolates this area and is what I need at this moment in my practice.
