This state is a joke
Says the man whose handle is: "religionofpeace". Go figure. I don't want your version of "religion".
@theempowerer5108 I'm making fin of a certain peaceful religion
@@religionofpeace304 Right. The typical hypocritical & judgmental kind. People of this kind of religion, are usually GUILTY of shady stuff. Projecting on others to hide their own GUILTY actions.
Hawaii showing how weak our justice system is
Hawaii? California and New York are now the weakest states by far
But, 15ppl? That’s too much to be out rn.
So when will it be time to release him?
@@theempowerer5108 I would say when he reaches 121 years old. lol
Dr Rick Williams was doing it to his patients when they were anesthetized at an abortion clinic in the 1990s. He got 5 years probation and community service.
I was locked up with him. Sad when get innocent people who go to jail for years and then you got people like this that can go free. Whatevers!
Kalamai for my asking. Was he always the person he seemed to be or was there a change at any point?
@@MysticMan184 Everyone did they own time, I was so busy fighting my case I could care less. I will say this, from what I learned very few if any will ever change. This goes for anybody.
@@JohnDoe-sy6tt Mahalo Nui. Thank you. Appreciated. Hope the best for you🤙 Aloha. 😁
@@MysticMan184 Thanks! You too!
@@MysticMan184 He was always quiet & reserved. Focused on improving himself & earning his way to becoming a trustee & EVERY facility we were sent, whether here in Hawaii or on the Continental.
I would NEVER assert that he is a Saint or anything, but, he never got mixed up in prison politics.
What people in the general public are NOT told & many do not even care to know is this: Long-term Convicts get it. Short-term "inmates" don't appreciate their blessing.
We watch Short-term inmates go in & out of the revolving door (which is what the public sees on the news), & we get depressed & start to reflect on how bad we really screwed up.
Eventually, by the 15th year or so, we become focused on self-improvement & making the conscious decision to effectuate positive change. Now, we become ready to listen & absorb what is being taught in the rehabilitation programs.
5-10-15 years later, we are now ready to become law abiding citizens. REAL TALK!!! 💯
Word "serial" is the deciding factor to NOT let him out. If he reoffend, the parole board should be sued.
Everyone better be on the look out for this guy
System fails blue state
So go get him, Red State Guy.
40yrs is good, some only get 5, even early parole, but I would be on edge too
Well only time will tell !
After no sex in prison for 4 decades he’s going to be an even bigger monster now then he was 40 years ago. He should have never been released
😮. I wonder who going hire this character after his background check....
CPK
Honolulu is full of crazies
Electricians often work alone in houses, perhaps if he only works large construction ….?
His parole stipulations will include no "In-Home" work.
Hawaii is a Second Chance State. Taxpayers pay MILLIONS every year in hard-earned TAXES that goes towards Rehabilitation programs.
As an Ex-Felon living a law abiding life after serving 28 years & someone who personally knows Freudenberg, I say, give our Sex Offender rehabilitation the benefit of the doubt.
Our Parole System has GREATLY IMPROVED under the leadership of Corey Reincke. We are kept 💯% accountable w/Zero Tolerence for violence or threats of violence.
Just for those who don't know: Hawaii has long held title of having the lowest recidivism rate for Sex Offenders in THE NATION!!! Mahalo to our truly tough Sex Offender Treatment program & Paroling Authority.
He served his time and possible he has been rehabilitated. 40 years. The mind of a 23 yr old is different from a 60 yr old. Good luck sometimes it’s possible to give people a chance.
He said himself he didn't trust himself, that's like playing Russian roulette. Is it worth the risk? I say hell no if he himself doesn't trust in himself
Who is this judge that want's to release him? How about releasing the judge and the parole board.
That will accomplish nothing..
No "Judge" was involved with this decision
@@theempowerer5108 After 40 years of incarceration adapting to life outside the prison won't be easy.
Very true. One of my best friends from childhood, was just paroled in 2022 after serving 41 years.
While it's tough for him too. He keeps his circle small, complies with parole stipulations & keeps his life simple.
Success on parole can be accomplished. Taxpayers paid for our rehabilitation, we should be celebrating our successes on parole.
Is he gonna live in Manoa?
He actually admitted to 16 rapes not 15
Smh
dang . pretty interesting like what do you do? he served his time which was a long one but still admits he gets urges etc. but be held any longer? pretty crazy.
Hawaii law says up to 20 years. I am assuming they mean per person? This guy raped 15 women. Thats like 2.75 years per person. He is a serial rapist. 1-2 times is bad enough but 15???? Holy smokes he should not be let out. The sad part is until there is ANOTHER VICTIM, only then will they probably throw the book at him and give him life without parole buts thats already to many victims and chances.
He actually admitted to 16 not 15
@@Brandilynwood Even worse. lol
Who let the dog out
There is no justice in Hawaii ,
A Big Joke !!!!!
Wtf!
Another homeless on the street
Myles Myles Myles...
I think he going massage parlor when he gets out.
Well he should just stay in prison his not well in his brain 🧠 if i was the judge i wouldn't let that person out in the coming bc it will happen again once u do wrong u will always do the same never learn from ur 1st mistake start believing in God Jesus Christ 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽✝️✝️✝️🔮agape for a happy life.
😵 No way
Let career criminals go...but give speeding citations to drivers going 5mph over the speed limit. Just proves its only about money not the public's safety
Election in prison send me to jail
Crazy Honolulu
Electrician?
INVOLUNTARY *
So he attacks 15 women and serves 41 years, that's less than 3 years per victim. Gotta love Judges. If he reoffends the Judge should also serve a sentence.
No "Judge" was involved with this decision.
@@theempowerer5108 original judge should have sentenced life-no parole.
@@hi808surfdudenew5 There is no sentence on the books in Hawaii for "Life-no parole". You could make it your mission to lobby the Hawaii State Legislature to raise the punishment to Life Without Parole.
He was sentenced he did his time! The law is the law. THIS Is NOT Minority report.! Where we are judging someone with the what IF’s! That just bullcrap. Hope he don’t do again but we will see! He did his time!
If it was someone you love or family or your daughter you wouldn't be talking like brother,, people who do that kind of stuff don't deserve any chance back into the community,, parents please watch your daughter's,, women watch your self and remember what he looks like
@@John-wd6yf yes I will! So stop it !! He did his time!!
Only a man would say that.
@@John-wd6yf You claim you did time, acting like you're innocent. Come on Brah. Who are you to Judge? No matter what, in society's eyes, you're just as bad as everybody else who been in prison. You're NOT special.
At least I came to terms with my past & worked on what got me to prison in the first place. HINT: It wasn't my crimes! It was my mentality, inability to cope, blaming others for my problems & rejection of authority. That is what led me to committing the crimes I AM GUILTY for.
@@piilania you guys need to wake up!! This is Real Life. Go and change the Law!! What about the doc. In the news I hear Nothing! So where the out Rage?! He might Niot even to do time or little If any. How many children he hurt and still This State Allowed him to work!! Where the outrage!!
How has his life changed after 40 years behind bars? Has he turned his life to God? I hope so.
