- Authorities have been investigating the death of Mica Miller, a pastor’s wife in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, since late April. While authorities have maintained Mica Miller died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, her family says the death "was all staged."

First sign she did not commit suicide was her husband's "urgency" in wanting to cremate her so quickly after her demise. BIG red flag...
Lots of people get cremated after they die. She might have even had a will and that was her wishes. I understand it supports the killer husband narrative on social media but it doesn't necessarily mean anything.
@@littleangel4780they usually don’t allow it right away if the death is suspicious though.
@@kittycat8222who is this "they" you speak of?
I agree
@@SeekingGreetings prosecutor offices(judges), and coroners…
Does anyone else think that she got the gun for protection from him?
Yes! She even told her dad she was buying the pew pew for protection.
100%
My first thought
If she was planing to kill her self of course she was not going to tell her dad that now will she?
Right after she filed for protection and divorce, and she told her sister if she died it was hubby who pulled the trigger? And he stalked her and drove her around to "meet and greet" homeless men, but not in a Godly way at all.
And his dad also is a fake pastor and his only child is following in his footsteps with women? I'm thinking she needed protection and knew her husband well.
The fact he so quickly told his congregation that she had been mentally ill for some time and that it was self induced, speaks volumes and is a huge red flag.
Even IF that were true, any normal person would keep those details private to protect his wife.
I have no doubt this sicko will be charged at some point.
he's body language tells it all.
When JP first said induced that is a red flag 🚩 and it’s strange that JP don’t know the meaning of induced. Also that shows that this so call pastor don’t know what he preaching about, just running off at the mouth
Also, when he announced her passing to the congregation he didn't forget to tell them to keep giving. Didn't miss the chance to make use of the situation for money.
Thanks for another useless comment in the comments section. @ItsYourDadWhoWeeps
Yes.. the way he just matter-of-factly states her death was ultra weird.
It’s pretty sad the family has to do their own CSI work because law enforcement is so incompetent.
most clergy are masons, just like cops and firemen so they Protect Each Other! They're Protecting Her Husband!
💯
How are they incompetent. The family is DELUSIONAL. He may be creepy & a A hole but they did do their diligence. Sorry but they can’t fathom why she would commit suicide? 1. All cameras and timeline shows she was alone 2. She bought the gun 3. She called 911 shortly after leaving the gas station alone to tell them she was going to kill herself and where to find her body 3. A hiker finds her body 2 hours later while a bunch of officers are combing the forest to find her 4. She STOLE MONEY FROM THE CHURCH 5. Going thru a divorce 6. Was in a mental hospital.
I mean really? This is denial. Just bc the water isn’t flowing doesn’t mean it wasn’t then and doesn’t mean the impact of her shooting herself couldn’t have made motion for her to float.
This is news wasted tbh. There’s so many missing ppl but again, if ur a white couple- that’s all that matters even if all signs points to suicide

I recognize the pattern of abuse, as it is very similar to my SIL who died by suicide five years ago. Her husband controlled everything, isolated her from family, and was psychologically abusive. She died the day before she was supposed to move out. There were so many holes in his multiple stories. Over time, he produced more than one suicide note, one of which stated that he had threatened to keep the daughter they had together from her if she left. He said she was crazy and suicidal, but never sought help for her. In fact, he admitted on the police statement that he recently bought her the gun she used. He collected $500K in life insurance, took the kids and moved to Florida. Sheriff in AZ wouldn't even look at her case because the department was full of this guy's ex-army buddies. We believe he convinced her that she was worth more dead to her kids than alive. Just like Mica, she may have pulled the trigger, but her husband pushed her to the brink and should be held responsible.
So sad! 😭💔 Her children are traumatized for life for sure. 😞 It should not be legal to do this. There are also drugs that can make people do crazy things... There is one Criminal minds episode where the serial killer makes people hurt themselves by giving this drug and Google tells this drug really exists. 😱
I'm sorry for your loss. I hope his karma comes around for him after the kids are grown and able to take care of themselves. One or more of the ex buddies might realize he got lied to and manipulated, and hoodwinked. I pray so.

I agree with her family. How Mica's purse, phone and more importantly the gun were that far away from her body without a water current makes absolutely no sense. Remember the bruises that were on her body, one with what looked like a handprint. The bruise on her hand did not show on her ring camera footage that morning.
The video the family has was taking days after her death. We don’t know how the water current was flowing the day of death.
Also the family is releasing all type of personal intimate details about Mica and JP marriage. Why haven’t they released the photos showing the bruises on her hands and arms?
@@KayRandle-rz5dt It's a boggy area and the current most likely doesn't change much day to day as there's not really a current there to begin with. It was reported that the water level was lower that day which would inhibit her moving even more. If in fact her parents did take pics, they may be withholding them from the public for a future wrongful death civil suit. But your guess is as good as mine.
Don’t withhold actual proof from the public. When you’re on the new stations talking about sexual acts between Mica, JP and a 3rd party which they have no actual proof of. To me that’s seem like the family just wants to Slander the husband’s name due to their daughter is deceased. The family can’t accepted the fact she took her own life.

No family wants to admit that their loved one has committed suicide. Her 911 call is a tell tale that she was determined to take her own life.
On top of all the other evidence. Even her family and "friends" have admitted that she was medicated. All they're proving is that the whole group is divorced from reality. Their stubbornly delusional behavior makes it all the more believable that she did it herself.
If someone really wants to kill themselves, why on earth would they phone 911? I’ve never heard of that before. Was she forced to make the call? I hope the FBI do a really good job of getting to the bottom of this case.
💯
They do it every day.
Some say the call was created with AI
@@Jjangbunbun Anything that fits a conspiracy theory without any evidence works, eh?
Listen to the 911 call, she clearly says why she was calling. To make sure they had her location to find her body.
This is a family that unfortunately doesn't want to believe the unthinkable.
There is a video online of mica in Africa explaining how she once tried to take her own life and the gun jammed. Mica cleared the round to make sure the weapon did not jam again as she remembered what happened the first time. This is my opinion and it makes sense. And stagnant water still has a current. It's slow moving and explains why her body only floated 20ish yards away from the firing site. Every piece of evidence from her last day points to her doing this. When someone dies, people grieve and look for someone or something to blame. Her husband is that person they want to blame. It's makes it easier because he doesn't seem to be a very good person. Every high profile case doesn't involve a conspiracy. But that's what our world is turning into. Kiley rodnie, Brian Landry, the Idaho 4, the Kansas city 4 , mica miller and the list goes on. The coroner ruled her death a suicide for a reason. I hope her family finds peace, I just don't understand how they can deny that she wouldn't do something like this. . She self admittedly tried to do this before. The facebook post, what she was listening to that was caught on ring camera, she bought a gun, she called 911 and told them where they could find her body., and whatever other evidence law enforcement found.
Exactly. Not only does the family not want to accept it but also a whole bunch of people who just want what they already imagined to be the truth. When I heard her 911 I knew had arrived at the station where there’s no return
It’s the family and the content creators making money off Mica’s death. That’s the sicken part to me.

What was up with the 911 call with her on there saying she was gonna kill herself
Coerced probably by him
Right, and she journaled everything else in her life but no suicide note? And she had point-blank told her sister if she "died" during her divorce, it wouldn't be suicide, it would be by JP's hand. JP's lawyer was proficient with AI; a lot of people are theorizing that her 911 call wasn't even her, it was AI. When I listened to it again after reading that, the theory seemed credible to me. Her phrasing seems stilted and "off." And that's what her Dad and sister say too, that it sounds like her voice, but it's not the way she speaks. They insist it wasn't her.
If not suicide how is her 911 phone call explained?
AI. Turns out it's not difficult to make fake audio if you have records of the person's voice. Very scary.
Two different channels here on UA-cam have tried it, no problems.
Wait...the man heard her weeping. And he heard one shot. Is no one remembering his account of it?
People don’t want to hear anything that doesn’t prove the scandalous narrative they saw on Facebook.
Who is this man?
@antmck99 I forgot his name but the fisherman who came foward. I watched his interview last week and he heard crying and found her belongings.
Other people in the area heard 2 gunshots (according to FB comments from them) but the police never interviewed them. But yes, that is what the fisherman said. To me, it's weird that he picked up her belongings knowing they could be part of a crime scene.
@@TheEnigmaticmuseand we all know Facebook is absolute reliable gospel that is never to be contradicted.
Also, Mica said her reason for calling 911 was because she wanted her family to know where to find her. So then, why would she leave her belongings in completely different area and then stand in the middle of a swamp and kill herself?
None of it makes sense. I pray her killer is found and justice is served quickly.
Still doesn’t explain the 911 call.
Exactly
I agree. Many people can't fathom a "happy" person would do this. Many spouses do this out of frustration and depression etc. Unless a prosecutor can prove husband was there etc its a shut case.
I get it, they need someone to blame. There’s video of her purchasing the gun plus the audio recording to 911.
this still doesn't explain why she called police and then proceeded to tell them what she was going to do and why she was by herself buying the gun hours before.
The police have already determined he was nowhere near the area. Everyone looks towards the husband, because he’s clearly a dangerously insane person, but she has severe mental health issues as well. This is a horribly tragic situation, and it’s overall bizarreness leaves everyone wondering if there more to the story, but most signs point to her acting out the final moments alone.
I don't understand if they were getting divorced how was he able to make decisions for her funeral
She had only just filed so it had not been processed. So he was still her next of kin, not the family.
I get what they are saying about the water, but the problem is that the weather conditions that day she died is unique and can never be recreated.
Even the fisherman, when he bought a Reporter out there just a day or 2 later, he made a comment that the water was several feet lower. For the levels to change that much and be far different in such a short amount of time indicates that it proabbaly changes all the time, very quickly, so who knows what the nehavior of the water was that day?
And the 911 call was very long and listening to her, I snesed there was no distress whatsoever. I would think it if was staged, then she wsn't alone, and I hear nothing in her voice to indicate any distress. I can see if the call was very fast and she spoke fast and that was it. But it was a lengthy call and her voice was eerily calm.
Lastly, she's giving her location, and the authorities got there I think fairly quickly, and it woukd be impossible for if she wasn't alone, that that person would be able to leave without being found out later. And I am sure the pulled all avaialble cameras from the area.
I dunno...
I agree but the Internet seems to think the sheriff department is corrupt with this investigation.
The sheriff department not one time has back tracked on the cause of death of Suicide even with all the media Attention.

✔️
Because she was the swamp thing
Something that amazes me is, for anyone who lives in rural southeastern NC, and I am sure southeastern SC too, would know that swampy areas where she died, is full of alligators, water moccasins and other vermin. It’s nothing to see a 6 to 8 ft alligator climbing river banks, or crossing roads. Another thing, the mosquitos would tote you away and eat you alive. A suicide planning person wants to have control of the situation, and not meet up with a non-negotiating water moccasin before reaching the desired goal. .Moccasins are cantankerous, very fast, and they mean business. Usually, most women and many men don’t want to meet up with such surprises. Therefore, I see this case as being highly suspicious, and should be heavily investigated. Lots of other people should be investigated too.; right along with the church and JP. Clean up Myrtle Beach 4:49 😊by getting rid of this nonsense.

If people understood how suicide works, they would probably think otherwise. She clearly killed herself. Her husband is still a creep that may have lead her to her demise, but she clearly killed herself.
You can’t prove that. It’s too easy for these psychos to set up the narrative for this.

Poor dear girl. Tragic.
Didn't the coroner say it was a self inflicted gun shot wound and a suicide???
This is so very sad.
Not moving on the day they went there. With that being said, how does murder make more sense? She obviously died where the gun was found, are they claiming whoever supposedly murdered her then pulled her to her final location? That makes no sense at all. Why would someone do that instead of just booking it after the supposed murder? There's not a shred of evidence of murder in this case.
Bullets were found on land, gun tossed in right there and body down the river the opposite way of current. Someone had to of carried her there. And how would she end up in water when the rounds were on land
@user-dj6qh3nw9g but the question is...why in the word would a murderer move her? It only makes the death look more suspicious so it makes no sense to move her
The sheriff department did not leave any bullets at a crime scene. Did the bullets found match the gun Mica bought that day?
No criminal is going to carry a dead body to place it in the water!!! Do you know how much DNA, clothes and hair fiber would have been on the deceased from the other person.
