I am shocked the first new sensor was faulty. I am dealing with a similar nox sensor issue on X5 e70 diesel but cant find a good video like your's on it.
Just to clarify. The large one is the Adblue injector, the one closest to the front of the car. The next one is a temperature probe and the rear one is the Adblue sensor. If the injector gets stuck open or blocked it takes out or shows a fault with the adblue sensor/circuit. Better to take the injector off etc and clean it with hot water. Could try cleaning the sensor and temp probe Hope thats more clear.
Nice video Charlie, Good video. I have taken off the Adblu sensor and like you said it was blocked. When you remove the adblu sensor and start the car, should adblu come out of the sensor immediately or does it take time? I have no adblu coming out of my adblu sensor! I’m getting P13F600 error code and P13E400
Excellent video and thanks for your guidance sharing your experience. I have got a W205 manual driven car. Keeps getting error code P2002-FB (The Efficiency of the Particulate Filter (Cylinder Bank 1) Pending, Stored. I have followed your video and changed AdBlue injector and lean the area. But keeps getting the same error code after driving about 800 miles. Any suggestion where I should look. Thanks.
Thank u for this video
great video. I have a mercedes c class w205 2015 year, c 250 diesel. I cleaned the adblue injector . he turned on the check engine light. p220162 The NOx sensor (cylinder bank 1) has a malfunction. The Signal Cimparmision is Faulty. when I clear the error it is gone for 20-30 days or 50-60 kilometers and then it appears again. how do I know which sensor it is, upper or lower, what should I do?
In addition the adblue sensor is a NOx sensor. Adblue is an aqueous solution of urea. Which then turn to ammonia in the cat and then raction with nitrogen oxides to give Nitrogen and water..
I have a mercedes-benz vito 2017 and I have replaced one nox sensor 1 and got it programmed but then the nox 2 failed so got it changed but do you have to get it programmed eg learn and rest again or does it have to be programmed it again because ir the second nox sensor. I was told by the mercedes when I bought the part.
What diagnostic device are you using? I am searching one for repairing my 2012 Sprinter.
Is the nox sensor 2 bank 1 located at the back or front?
Hi in the video computer mentioned sensor 2 I saw you changed sensor 1. Just wondering why?
If you change the rear Nox sensor apart from clear codes do you need to do any other clear codes?
i have a 2015 mercedes w212 e400 (petrol) with NOX sensor issues (both needs replacing), can i just map them out? is it ok to drive with this issue? my country doesnt have any emission controls etc...
