    Random thoughts:
I love the ‘no to yes ratio’ concept, and keeping a journal of how many times I say no vs. yes in a day might be a good start.
Choosing what not to do can make you feel empowered, too, and not eating alone is something I think people do far too often. I know I need to engage more often than I already do and finding new influencers sounds like a plan!
Asking questions and listening is the best form for learning; I wish I had 9 brains! I often think about this quote from the author Amy Alkon: “the opposite of talking is not listening, it’s waiting.”
Finally, you are right; urgency is not al it’s crack up to be. Wasn’t it Einstein who said that “time is an illusion”? Everyone should take a break from technology/social media and lose themselves in reading and thinking.
Thank you for posting the video, Conor.

    hello sir,
here are some suggestions on improving the video format.
use the drone to show where you are (conference, backyard) with some music in the background, then transition to your voice over (lower the music volume during voice over) and explain where you are. don't talk about the topic just yet).
cut to the main part and start speaking about the topic (only after the music has stopped) and as cristhian mestre asensio said, collar mic will go a long way.
thank you and it's always good to hear from you :)

This is a professional presentation so this is one of the main reasons i spend my time to follow your videos. How it comes you find it nice to edit your video by adding distracting background music? Thanks.

    Hello Connor,
    Nice place where you are!
When you have that opportunity to learn from succesful people, then you have in your hands an amazing and unvaluable treasure.!! But the most important thing is to be humility.

Conor... the drone is very cool but... you do not only need a drone but you ALSO need URGENTLY a tie microphone (please).
