If you have a 2JZ in it, yes.
Is there any risk of messing up the whole timing belt situation when taking it off and putting it back on? i felt like that part was kinda vague considering how much I hear about people ruining cars by not getting the timing right
There is nothing regarding touching the timing belt in this video.
He removed the serpentine belt, not the timing belt.

hey can you get to the bottom bolt from the top or you have to go under?
You might be able to get to it from the top.
It would have to be blindly loosening it up if you can get to it.
