    दीदी आप का जो योगा सिखाने का स्टाइल है मुझे बहुत पसंद आया दीदी मुझे एक बात पूछनी थी जब हम सूर्य नमस्कार का 2s स्टेप करते हैं उसमें हम जब नीचे झुकते हैं। मेरे हाथ पैरों तक नहीं पहुंचते हैं। क्या करें दीदी और पैरों में दर्द होने लगता है। दीदी बताइए क्या करें।

      लगातार अभ्यास से ही आप कर सकते हो , करने में समय लगता है
      रोजाना करोगे तो आप खुद देखोगे की आप आराम से कर पा रहे हो
