BULLS IN AND BREAK DOWNS! | Stacking trailers for the winter

- In this video we FINALLY hang the gate on the bull pens in order to be able to actually get the cattle in from the field. We then get round to stacking our bale trailer on top of each other before putting the final kit away for the winter. Then the straw shredder breaks down and dad and I have a novel way of fixing it.
I hope you enjoy it.

Great video James 👌
Tom Pemberton needs that barley roller . Great video of you talking cattle feeding. Ref his video of this afternoon 😊😊😊
Hi James Nice one good job stacking the trailers and flat 8 Thanks again have a good weekend
Talk to Tom Pemberton . He was talking about rolling some barley
Nice one James. The last farm shed gates, they welded on hoops on the top of the gate for the pallet tines to lift on and off for mucking out. Made it so easy when by yourself.🙂👍
Almost 10k subs! You need to pump up those numbers.
Yes Tom pemberton said on today’s video about rolling his own barley. I can see a collaboration video coming
Great minds think a like but you commented first.😊
Great video
Great video James quite new to the channel but very good, funnily enough Tom Pemberton was looking at milling barley you could give him a call and do a deal 🤔👍
Ah ok just read some other comments, guess I was late to the advise party 😂🤣
What happened to the battle of the breeds?
James, you said the heifers have done so well.. what weights are they currently, if you are aiming to finish them by May?
We have always ran our suckle calves to the second winter but like you thinking should we push them that little bit harder?
So ours weigh 300 to 380kg now. I think we could get them growing at 1.4kg DLWG with a mix and some good herbal ley silage. Would start drawing the biggest in may and then be finished by end July if it all went to plan.
Get hold of Tom P he lookin a grain crusher
