Seriously..."Don't quit" was my favorite tip. Because you told my story from the past six months precisely, one that I've repeated way too many times. Something about someone else knowing I feel like shit is grounding.
I agree dude ❤
Fruit rule is so true, I always had the apple rule. It keeps you honest!
All of your content is on point and down to earth. I am following you on all platforms that I use, because I like your content and I want to support. I hope your success will continue to grow, and grow and grow.
I can’t choose a favourite they are all so good!!
I think one of the game changing advice I've gotten from you is that a little bit of hunger is normal. I used to think that if I was hungry then that means need to eat asap. That would ruin my calorie deficit. Knowing that this is normal changes my perspective.
Thanks!
So glad it helps man :6
You deserve a million subscribers❤️ thank you for these tips💯

Thanks for all of these tips that you have giving us ❤ I have learned alot . I have been in my weight loss journey for 2 1/2 years started 195 - 167 on the first year eating around 1200 calories wich i didn't track but now I do but it has been a year I haven't lost inches or weight but have gained muscle. My goal is 145 . Due to your videos I know I haven't been eating enough and now tracking my food. What can I do to start losing weight and inches again. I also have trouble finishing my calories. I eat all my protein but I still left with calories .
Start tracking calories correctly - that’s the firsts and foremost thing :)
Stay consistent
Oh cool, I’m not the only one who works each leg individually just about everything I do involves one leg at a time..nice to see here.
Thank You E
❤
Ive been doing the tickle fest type of workout. Oops. I can shower before going to the gym and go on with my day; I don't even break a sweat. Time to change things up!
"No ticklefests". So good!!
Hehe so glad :)
I needed to hear each and every one of these tips. I felt a little personally attacked, but in the best way 😂 thanks Eric

Thank you for all the Info! Question about number 18… what if first thing in the morning I work out? Like first thing, 5 am and I don’t have time to eat.. I walk in the treadmill for 30 mins mean while I drink my pre workout and when the 30 min are up I do strength training. When done I drink a protein shake. An hour later after dropping off kids at school I eat breakfast, eggs, avo and a protein bagel. It’s this ok? Or do I need to change things up..thank you.
Try to get something small if possible :)
So with regards to the tickle fest. How broken should you be leaving the gym? I have you in my head in there telling me to lift heavier if I am able to lift 3 sets of 12 easily so all my weights are now heavy but by the time I have finished I am almost crawling out the gym and good for nothing for the rest of the day!! 😂 I don't physically hurt, I'm just completely wiped out. Is this just an added bonus to my hypothyroidism? Thanks
Yes need to do more walking
Protein would if im a vegetarian?
