My workouts definitely have redundancy in them & breaking down the movements like this has really helped me understand how to determine what I can reconfigure & ultimately, make my workouts more optimal. I tend to overcomplicate, but you help simplify things every time!

I'm just a lil bit confused if i have the L,U,L,U. for these exercises you recommended which is the most suitable? the 1st leg day of the week or the second. if it doesn't matter can i use these same exercises for the both leg days of the week or it should be different exercise on each leg day.
