Crowd control and "Oh shit" buttons are super important in this GM. I went in with my Prismatic Warlock on Song of Flame with Rime-coat Rainment and Arbalest, Vantage Point (Eddy Current/Jolting Feedback), and Bitter/Sweet. Arbalest for the Barriers obviously, but both your turrets and Vantage Point will stun Overloads once Jolting Feedback procs. Put a Synergy mod on the Vantage Point, run Trace Evidence, Retinal Burn, Conductive Cosmic Crystal, and Arc Compounding on the artifact, drink a Refined Tonic of Amplified Arc, and get to it. The tonic will boost Arc primary weapon damage, so it'll buff your Vantage Point, and buffs Trace Evidence and Retinal Burn. You'll make Ionic Traces as you Jolt enemies with Jolting Feedback thanks to Trace Evidence, the Synergy mod will make even more Ionic Traces, and the buffed Trace Evidence will grant Armor Charges as you collect Ionic Traces. Then, if you hit a few crits with your Vantage Point, you'll consume an Armor Charge to create a blinding burst, blinding that enemy and any nearby. And then you'll do even more bonus damage because of Arc Compounding. And you'll do even more damage if your Stasis turret has hit them because of Conductive Cosmic Crystal. Bring a buddy on Sentinel Titan with Synthoceps and another Guardian running whatever and you'll breeze through most GMs this season.
Isn't it kind of poetic? Datto's adventures in Destiny 2 beta started with this strike, after he played it he felt worried that the game wouldn't be good enough on launch. Now here we are 7 years later and in the same way that the game was updated to be more fun, this strike was updated to challenge Datto more, and now, he enjoys it (●´ω`●)
I’m glad the game is now designed for Datto to enjoy it more. Challenge him more. BUT Meanwhile the game is losing more & more players daily. Feedback from many are these strikes and the updated strikes are too long, people wanna fast farmable chill strike. Maybe the average player doesn’t want the “Datto Saltagreepo challenge mode” for everything. Lol

If anyone is struggling this much just use wishender and the dungeon area frame gl. Tips 1. for the first area once you active the conflux you can jump back to shore and play the range game. 2. Use the tanks and snipe everything there are no champions on the field. 3. Take the three platforms as a team. 4. The boss is relatively easy and there is a rally flag before you jump down so it’s okay to burn heavy on the cyclops during the drilling walk. 10:05
I agree with your take on a revamped D1, with this addition: Sony owns a developer that specializes in remastering games. Additionally, it would be nice to have it on PC. Though, I'd actually prefer to see D1 content added to D2 along with all of the vaulted content over a remaster.

I think the keep moving modifier was not exactly the most appropriate for this gm since a lot of it is just plinking in the back. Other than that, I really like this gm
Was helping someone gild conq yesterday and Inverted Spire was definitely arduous. We played it like the first season GMs ever came out, plinking slowly. Got it first try but it was like 37 minutes
I love the new banes, and it makes me want more random things in strikes. I want straight up unique mini bosses that appear rarely in strikes and drop strange coins or good rewards.
The banes are neat but that health drain one? With a football field of range? That can go to hell. A few times it's went through walls nahhhh nerf that crap.

riptide with chill clip only applies 40 slow per burst whereas every other stasis fusion with chill clip is 50, so youd need an extra shot with riptide

Gaming IMO is supposed to be fun But to each their own. Soon Datto and Saltagreepo will have the game they always wanted. And maybe the other gamers will have Destiny mobile, the game we always wanted. A chill FUN game.

In my second LFG run, it took our ragtag team 41 minutes to complete the GM. It's easily one of the harder GMs in the game. And it easily has 40ish champions, based on the amount of rez we got.
Feels like Icebreaker could go hard here for addclear since it's basically an infinite ammo Ignition machine from any range, would be great at clearing all the Cyclops for example or spawn killing a redbar to clear a whole wave together.

The first time I played this remake was this week in a GM. My team didn't even know they reworked it..... we managed to get it done on the first discovery run, but it was a lot harder than expected, lol.
Because it is, it's functionally a completely different strike and what makes it so hard is reworking our previous preconceptions about how this strike works. Liminality on the other hand has high ad density, small rooms, hard-hitting minibosses and pseudo-dungeon mechanics. The primary difference is working out the main changes to Inverted Spire and playing accordingly, we can't treat is as it used to be.

I personally dont mind strike reworks, i like the feeling of doing a new strike for the first time, but i can understand people skipping strikes like this one if u want to farm a strike for resources/weapons.
There is one issue in it that I found and that is at the vex milk shoot 4 box area. The bug is that 2-3 harpies go immune and can't die unless you go around them. The bug itself is not a big problem because the harpies that are immune don't hurt you and just stare at you so it's not a big deal.
IMO this is by far the best of the revamped strikes they've done so far. Cranked up the difficulty while keeping it super fun and avoiding any giant-meatball equivalent moments. IMO it's Inverted Spire>>>Arms Dealer>Exodus Crash>>>>>Lake of Shadows. And if they just cut the meatballs health in half that would improve Lake of Shadows a ton.
Fun strike, me and a buddy ran it with raoming supers, arc strider/raiden flux and me with void doomfang. Both used wish ender, Velocity baton and chill inhibitor. Hope they do more like this!

I think the remake has a good level of challenge and I like that, but its just way toooo long now...
I forgot they remade this strike, not once has the playlist given me this, it usually rotates between the same 4 battlegrounds for some reason

The recharge buff doesn't even apply to silence and squall
If you get up on the cliff side where the harpies are it make that first part waaaaay easier to kill all the enemies

IMO this is by far the best of the revamped strikes they've done so far. Cranked up the difficulty while keeping it super fun and avoiding any giant-meatball equivalent moments. IMO it's Inverted Spire>>>Arms Dealer>Exodus Crash>>>>>Lake of Shadows. And if they just cut the meatballs health in half that would improve Lake of Shadows a ton.

Yeah, it went from one of the fastest to an absolute slog. Haste modifier doesn't help.
Fun strike, me and a buddy ran it with raoming supers, arc strider/raiden flux and me with void doomfang. Both used wish ender, Velocity baton and chill inhibitor. Hope they do more like this!

We die mostly at the big spinnig machine after we die from the laser traps this is an insane GM
Riptide for faster freezes and more reserves for overloads. Deliverance for when more damage is needed.
