the fact sweats team beat last wish first in the entire world and he still doesnt have petras run completed is mind boggling
I thought he would've already had that done for sure. But that day 1 wish emblem is one of the hardest flex in game so I could see why he wouldn't see the need too

Once upon a time, I lost a Petra's run on queenswalk due to an arc warlock with electrostatic surge who walked too fast with the heart and wiped us in vault.
Fucking cursed. I felt that in my very soul.
Lost mine on queens walk too…by a person who had done it already

I mean everybody should be on arc final encounter its just getting good you dont gotta kill every thrall bro just clear a path for heart and go
Lost one run at the drop on queenswalk. The orb holder fell about 5 seconds before i did and insisted that he had time to dunk. He dunked, i died, to orbit we went

I once had two Petra's run teams, one team wiped on jumping puzzle because one of the warlocks thought he had Daybreak but he had a Well of Radiance so he plummeted to his death before we even had time to kick him. The other team died because we we're cheesing Riven for DPS Phase and someone had a fusion grenade that homed in on one of the eyes, which instantly caused the wipe mechanic. Good times. : )
On the jumping part we did it one at a time and had fireteam leader ready to boot if we knew we were gonna die and then would rejoin. Worked perfectly for both runs we completed
@@mikejones549 Funny thing is we were doing this. He slipped up on a jump and popped his super thinking he could recover with Daybreak dashes. Kinda hard to reaction boot someone when they’re plummeting into the void at mach 5 with a Well of Radiance slam.
@@cyphr7 We had a similar situation on VotD, we're on the last "parkour" before Rhulk and I hear a "oh no" and look back at one of the guys seemingly falling but I'm not sure if he's going to die or not since he's not saying anything and there's still room for saving it, suddently a wild well of radiance is cast and down he goes.
I would have died from laughing so hard at the warlock lol
The Warlock Incident must be one of the best things I’ve heard on Destiny.
This stream had me in tears the whole way through. Ember is one of my favorite personalities in the community, he's just effortlessly funny.

Getting 7 kills in a single invasion in gambit is by far the hardest.
The hardest part about a petras run is relying on other people.
Me n 5 randoms did it first try in 45 minutes very casually

1:40 I have never heard the name "Jeff" said with so much pure pain before, I felt that in my soul.
I remember on our second attempt we got to Queenswalk, the last two of us were going down the elevator, and one of us was killed by one landing on the other's head as we descended. One of the most rage inducing moments in Destiny for me, because we had almost got Petra's Run with barely any time spent and of all the places to die...
honestly this type of content is so enjoyable to watch
I remember my first Petra's Run, wiped at the final drop in queenswalk to creeping darkness because the person holding the heart was on low timer and didn't wait for the other player💀.
Then started doing trios and got a full trio flawless in like 5 tries (non Petra's though, we wanted to practice in case we died). Then my actual Petra's was a 4-man lol.
Love LW, probably my favorite raid, it's a masterpiece

I got a flawless run on accident and we weren’t even trying. Infact we were running an all warlock run for that one triumph. It was so nuts when we finished when we realized we flawlessed it by accident

Used to run last wish regularly, still do occasionally. Accidentally got flawless before, but whenever I’ve put in the code for it for some reason all the composure we have for the raid just disappears and we die stupid deaths

The bug where someone can die and you don’t wipe is actually pretty common in my experience. I don’t know what triggers it. But it happened a few times when my team was doing petras. Sadly we later wiped every time afterword lol. We never used the freebie and our final run was actually clean

My Petra's run is one of my favorite moments in my D2 career. I kid you not, I did it one day randomly because I was bored, with a group off of LFG first try. We absolutely gamed.

Pretty sure you can skip half the raid and type in riven wish then have one person run back to the start and type in Petra’s run wish, then start encounter and finish without dying

I don’t have the title still, but I have completed Petra’s Run ironically enough. Though the way I got it was funny to me.
My friends had already put together a team months in the making, and they kept practicing constantly but couldn’t get it, though they were getting extremely close to completing it. One day, as one of the members of that team and I are playing a different game together, the group wants to attempt a Petra’s Run again. My one friend playing with me offers me his spot on the team, and I accept.
We got it first try that day. So by all accounts, my first Petra’s Run attempt was also my last, as I technically got it first try. My other friend who gave up his spot that day still hasn’t completed Petra’s Run, though he isn’t too bothered by that.
That Scooby laugh got me DED 😅

Ironically I have the Petra's Run challenge but I am missing like 5 or 6 triumphs while my clan mates are only missing Petra's Run triumph
Just did Petra’s Run the other today and got Rivensbane…. Only 4 years late. I also had a run wiped at vault the exact same way…. Someone killed the Eye of Riven too quick and the runner had to run a longer way and didn’t make it.
It’s crazy I did this first try, and still am missing just Suro chi for Rivne’s bane
