Ingredients:
How to make Easy Vegetable Mapas
Potato - 2 nos
Cauliflower - 11/2 Cup
Small onion - 1/2 Cup
ginger - 1 small Piece or (Finely chopped - 2 tsp )
Garlic - 4 flakes
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Water
Coconut oil - 1 - 11/2 tbs
Curry Leaves
Salt ( according to taste )
Coconut milk ( Second extract ) - 11/2 Cup
Vinegar- 1 tbs
Green peas - 1 Cup
Coconut milk ( First extract ) - 1/2 Cup
