As a thank you I will love to share with you also my flaxseed keto bread.. 5 eggs One and a half flaxseed flour ( I mix them in my coffee grounder machine) One teaspoon pink salt One teaspoon baking powder or bicarbonate powder One quarter cup of olive oil One quarter cup of almond no sugar added vegetable milk Mix the liquids first then the dry with an electric mixer, en put on a preheat it oven at 170 celcios for 40 min and enjoy!

Did you forget to mash the advocado up on a plate before putting it in the blender?!!! Nice healthy recipe and what we need. A researched tip - flaxseeds eaten without being milled will do nothing for the body other than pass straight out. Flaxseeds must be broken, milled, squished to get the nutritional profile otherwise it’s a waste. Research it yourself. So in future, it might be better to mill them a little to preference to get the health benefits. Thanks for your very healthy recipe of which I will be making. Million thanks. ❤

grind the flax seeds or they pass right thru with little benefit, also sprout the other seeds along with the flax seeds,and bake at 105 degrees in a dehydrator. frying the seeds kills the nutrients.soaking and sprouting brings them to life.if you plant sprouted seeds,they will grow.if you plant fryed seeds they will rot.

Question: the first ingredient does not have the thick consistency of yogurt. Could this be kefir? Maybe a translation is yogurt? Here in U.S. we call it kefir? Like a liquid yogurt?
