Im trying to 'live' more generally, but especially living in the present, especially living in the present moment. It's difficult though a lot of the time. My depression and anxiety and OCD make it difficult for me to truly 'live' and especially to just live in the here and now, to live in the moment. But I am trying. I do want to 'live' again, to live freely in my own life without the constraints of my mental health issues and as you say, live in the present moment.

I love how your dog is giving a physical demonstration at 3:38 of what you're talking about, and it syncs up perfectly with what you're saying. How nature is beautiful because it just is, it doesn't have to try to be something. And I think that's why animals can be so beautiful; your dog is just present in the moment, so intensley focused and curious about the noise they heard. And it evens lines up that when you say "feeling calm" at 4:02, they go back to relaxing and being calm, even though they were just so serious and focused😄Life is funny, isn't it?

Thank you for sharing really helpful tips. As someone, dealing with social anxiety , this is very useful to me.
The concept of Mindfulness or living in the present was introduced me by the Tennis legend Novak Djokovic . A lot of what you said is similar to he said in his interviews. Here is my take on this:
    1. Do Conscious Breathing for example boxed breathing and make this a part of your daily routine even 4-5 minutes everyday.
    2. Don't fight the negative emotion instead accept them that they're there but so are you and let them go eventually.
    3. Ground yourself into the present by observing what's around you for example if I am taking an exam and feel stressed , I would start by focusing on what's going in my surroundings such as the colors I see in the room (color of furniture, my pen). it can be anything. Then expand my focus on the sounds around me such scribbling of pen etc.
