- This is the moment a predator r*pes & murders a child on livestream.
On the 29th of January 2021, 29-year-old Raymond Michael Weber took his girlfriend & a 15 year old girl to his aunt's apartment in Vacaville, California to visit. Initally everything went well, however that would all change after Raymond accused his cousin of giving the 15 year old girl a cellphone.
It angered him that much that he assaulted his cousin, he was then asked to leave but refused, instead his aunt & cousin left.
Soon after he opened fire on the 15 year old & his girlfriend on Instagram live, the shooting left them dead at the scene.
