- On May 3rd 2017, Tanya Tripp went on Facebook Live with an emergency appeal to find her daughter, 16 year old Latania Janell Carwell.
She had gone missing on her birthday in the city of Augusta, Georgia, only days before.
However, Tanya wasn't telling the truth. She knew exactly where Latania was, she was buried in a shallow grave not to far from her home.
Tanya had took part in her own daughters murder.

When I was 16 my mother's boyfriend molested me. When my mother was made aware of what he did she did not believe me and believed him. She started calling me all kinds of hideous names and ostracized me from the family. I was beyond hurt and devastated. The betrayal I felt from my own mother was unbearable even to this day, I'm 58 now and my mother has been dead for over 30 years and I'm still unable to deal with what she's done. I have a daughter who's 22 and I tell her every day that I love her. How some mothers treat there daughters is absolutely evil.

This is why at age 22 when I gave birth to my daughter. After leaving her abusive father. I committed my life to raising her as safe as could be. Thus never bringing a man into our lives and home..
26 years later, she’s got a great life grown up and moved out, and I’m still on my own. Was the only choice for me and the correct one.
Firstly, glad you made it out of that abusive relationship with her father and massive respect to you for devoting yourself completely to your daughter and her well-being 💯✨. There's a lot more risks when it comes to single mothers being involved with men, so I really wish more mothers considered that at least while their children are still living under their care.
My mother and my aunt did the same thing they both said that they had young daughters and they didn't want any men coming around their kids!

This was so triggering and heart breaking to watch. The man who molested me who was my mom’s boyfriend at the time was also named Leon. I’m not sure if my mom believed me or not in fact she dealt with him continuously after that even got pregnant by him and was upset I wanted nothing to do with her or the child. I just got over it didn’t want to talk about it. That was at age 15. A fast forward to my 20s and I began to have nightmares. I’ve tried to talk with her about why she stayed with him, why she chose him. She would just tell me “I had my reasons” I’m not sure what reason would be a good enough one to let this happen. She never once asked me what happened I’ve spoken with my sisters and she got his story which was a complete lie but never asked me . She was too busy not wanting me to tell other people. I barely talk to her now and I don’t feel bad about it. I am just thankful that things did not get this bad although I feel a bit of envy whenever I do go around her. Nevertheless I am still here! R.I.P to this beauty she did not deserve this!

When I was 11 and went to my mother about her 43yo boyfriend being "touchy" with me, she was also jealous. She accused me of stealing him, doing everything in purpose to catch his eye, calling me all kinds of names. She soon after dropped me off at my dad's house, and I didn't see her for nearly 10 years. She still hates me for it to this day. As soon as this woman said something along the lines of "he'd rather run off with her," you can tell just by the bitterness in her voice that she was the one to do it.

My mother never allowed a man in our home (maybe to use the bathroom). She dated, but they never hung out at our home, spent the night or were casually around her kids.
