    I agree, it’s a roofer problem as there are boots designed for metal roofing and those are not the ones.

      How, with an ERV and spray foam you can control the air that comes into your house, lower your energy bill, and control the humidity....
      You literally only benefit from a non-vented roof design if your insulation is tight enough.

      @@Lolatyou332 How is his energy bill lower if he has to run his ERV and and whole home dehumidifier at a cost of approximately $50 per month? I would wager that in some instances a tighter home is a zero sum gain once you factor in the additional system costs.
