@@RidgeLife just did my first one really yesterday!...to thank folks for helping us hit 300 subbs. Just used my laptop webcam but the quality is pretty rough compared to what I'm used to for making our other weekly videos. But yeah, I think at least a monthly live would be cool for starters 🤷♂️
I got the CP 920 years ago and it's still a great webcam. They really hold up for a long time! Well worth the investment. Just for clarity, Logitech is a Chinese company too.
It’s actually an American/Swiss joint company with headquarters in both countries but the mfg is all over. You are right, they are a good product and I hope to have this one for a long time! Thx!
@@RidgeLife Headquarters, yes. But it is still a 'made in China' company since the main mfg headquarters is in Suzhou, China. A lot of technology comes from there, so I just think it's unfair to say/imply that 'made in China' equates to lesser quality products.
Hello, excellent video, I have the 922 pro stream for 6 months now, how do you set up a file to hold the pictures taken with the camera? Thanks from Canada.
@@RidgeLife Thanks, when I take photos, they are saved to computer but very difficult to access. i.e. no file name. can't copy and paste. Thanks again.
Thank you for the review Tim. I have used Logitech electronics for nearly 20 years so I trust the company. Wireless keyboards and mouse are forever tools unless you drop them after you throw them .. lol I have a question .. Does the cam have to be connected to the computer in order to film? 🦅
Dang man nice job on the review. I feel like I HAVE to have this camera now. I love logitech it's what I use now but its 720p and not to mention the audio. It was a drastic difference between the two. Good job I'm sold.... but could you sell the wife on it she handles the funds...lol
I bought the C922 a while back and downloaded the Logitech "Capture" software, last week. It works fine. However, my Windows 10 HP desktop comes with a "camera" app that's part of the operating system. It won't let me uninstall it or allow me to make the Logitech app "Capture" the default camera software. What's going on here?

Hmm make sure mic is enabled in windows and Logitech software. If still don’t work.’c make sure to use warranty before it expires.

Do you have to have the software? I thought it was plug in and play but my laptop didn't recognise it.
Weird. I did download the logitech software free from their site but should not be needed. Its Logitech Capture.

That’s sounds like a service and not a driver. I plugged mine in and it auto loaded. I did download the logicapture software later for free.
