    I've sent numerous 30" oak rounds through my 2265 and its never let me down. Understanding the grain pattern of the piece you are trying to split helps a ton.

      Thats exactly it, understanding its grain is one of the main points everyone should follow when splitting large pieces like in this video.

    Those strong log lifts are the best! We’ve split some massive hickory rounds with our 3265 that I would not be able to wrestle up onto a splitter without.

      The machine is highly capable as long as the operators using it are utilizing the strengths of the smaller splitters to their advantage.
