Gun laws are VERY strict in the UK - for which I am very thankful. Just look at what happens in the USA when everyone's first impulse is to reach for a gun.
Man, I remember back in the day when I worked in an office that had a bit of woods between elevated train tracks and such nearby. I went to walk there on my break just to enjoy some greenery and stumbled across a homeless camp. They obviously didnt expect anyone to come poking around and got quite irritated, shouting at me. I surmised as much as they wanted to stay hidden, and not have law enforcement or municipality people coming around. But the experience was a bit harrowing. You never know if one or more of them is going to be violent, and even poke you with something. Getting into any sort of fight is horrible enough, getting into one with homeless people who are often chill but might as well have psychological issues and tainted blood is a next level of dangerous.

Well as you can now see, in the UK even the great outdoors has become a unsafe place to visit with the chance of coming across immigrants who are only most likely their to hide away for various reasons that most likely mean no good!!! I bet the crime rate has gone insane in the rural areas adjacent to small towns & city's that have been set aside for migrant populations to be placed. No wonder the government & local councils have no idea what is going on & have lost control of this unfettered concern by the general public. Good luck Robby!!! Thanks for sharing. 👍

Great channel you've got here! I've been doing more outdoors stuff like this. I'll be sure to tune into more of your fine vids 👌
I’ll have to check out your channel later mate. Appreciate the comment, it’s a work in progress haha
There are alot of videos like this. Just say "Hello" "nice day for it"... Be nice, be confident, don't show fear. If they are rude say, "Charming, good day sir"...
John, I totally agree with everything you said matey. If I ever bump into them next time, I’ll be sure to. Thanks for commenting and watching my friend. Take care
Hi just come across your channel. Really enjoyed it
Awesome, thank you!
I suspect the guys in the woods also just came across the channel.
Definitely footsteps, they should just mind their own business to be honest with you. Everyone is allowed to camp in the woods at the end of the day.
Totally agree with you
I have just started on this channel. Love it already. It takes a while to build subs on a channel so don't worry u will get there ❤
Work in progress while having fun and gaining experience. I’m enjoying it, and if some people enjoy my content… excellent. Constructive criticism is always welcome
The woods should be for everyone . But its not safe to be walking alone.i also think your camera upset these people. It also saved you. They didn't come in plain sight.🇨🇦
Sometimes you gotta just know your limits and say…maybe next time and leave
I like your content thus far and I think you’ll have a great channel. I look forward to watching.
Now who was stalking whom 🤔😄? Hey I was in a similar situation recently. I was about to setup camp when something didn’t “feel” right, I’m a male and military veteran and the hair was standing up full on spider sense! So I packed up and left. Found out the police found a start up active meth lab not 50 yards from my found camp site.
It’s funny how some things can be right under your nose and you’re oblivious to it. Then all of a sudden, like you said…the hairs stand up and senses go crazy! I’ve been in some sketchy situations on solo camps, thinking it’s just my mind and keep calm. Glad you’re liking the content thus far 🙏🏻. ATB
Times have changed. The things we once liked to do aren't that safe anymore. Should go with you gut instinct and set up camp somewhere else completely
The world is certainly a different place these days. I’ve picked a spot for an upcoming solo woodland camp this week. It’s quiet, and I know the area well.
Is that public land? Seemed to be a nice foot path, plenty of other activity in the area. Glad you made it out safe! Stay vigilant!

@@-TimZambra I saw someone else comment on that. Is it a warning? If so, I’ll pay more attention to wildlife signals
@@Rob.hikerman A warning in the sense that someone was too close to its likely nesting area and it would have been both signalling its mate and doing its best to warn off the intruder.
