    homeless people kip in the woods also game keepers will wander around checking to see if you are poaching. hand prints are definitive person signs and they were definite hand prints. That howling was a fucking wolf lmao, maybe some survived (joke), they wouldnt harm you anyway unless you threatened their den. Also country folk are nosy, they see your car some will think they got to check out what you are doing. In summation I would say gamekeeper or country local. My late parents lived in central North Carolina on twenty wooded acres surrounded by miles of farms and forests. Several times, as I lay in bed at night, I'd listen to night sounds. I could identify owls, dogs and coyotes. However, there was a howling sound that I'd hear, much like you heard, that I could not identify.

      The smell was like dead rotting bodies. I remember when I was young digging in the garden once and I burst open a sealed ice cream tub. The stench that came out nearly made me sick. It was a dead guinea pig that had been buried but only decomposed inside the tub as it was airtight. I've had a couple of wierd experiences elsewhere but nothing like this. Only footsteps around my hammock and once the sound of a big cat close to the tent.

If you check the prequel to this video you'll see I take zero tech but got thousands of comments saying I should go back with night vision and trail cams so in listening to you, the viewer, that's what I did. And no one would be afraid of walking a dog down a country Devon road just because a car is parked in it. That's just normal life here and you wouldn't walk anywhere if you only went down roads that had no cars parked in them. In fact as I said, he himself just parked a car in exactly the same way so is he a mass murderer as well? 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣

      @@NoviceWildCamper Okay... I know a thing or two about dogs. It's *very* unlikely that that was a dog howling, because dogs usually don't howl at night. That has pretty much disappeared from domesticated canines a very long time ago. Wolves do, it's communication, but dogs don't do that, unless there's a siren going off or such a thing. That sounded 100% like a wolf, and as far as I know, there are no wolves in your area. So that's that.

    As someone who has spent a lot of time in the wilderness my initial reaction to spotting two fresh handprints on a large tree trunk would have been to illuminate that specific area and investigate...pack up if necessary. As for the noises well that is part and parcel of being alone in a woods or forest,wildlife comes alive at night and our mind tends to run wild and common sense can go out of the window. Now I am not implying this video is a hoax but youtube is littered with this solo camp creepy content which kind of dillutes the essence of what it means to explore the wild alone.

      Then again fear makes you do things differently then you normally would. I can see hand prints making me rethink things.

      @user-eh1lg7qb5d Місяць тому +3

      Oh sure, you reacted, but let's put it into perspective: The very laws of nature are being torn down right in front of you, the question of whether or not ghosts are real, has just been answered, it has to be a ghost right?
      There's no possible way a person could have got that close to you without you noticing them, thus, ghost. So, given that you now know ghosts are real, it seems to me that it would warrant a bit more of a reaction than "there's two fuckin' handprints. They weren't there two seconds ago!"
      You must be made of sterner stuff than me, because had that been me, and I had just learned that ghosts are real, and not only that, but they're also screwing with me, then I would have stepped over me own mum to get the fuck out of there.
      Again, these are disembodied handprints we're talking about, when last time you were there, some mysterious noises were enough to freak you out so hard that you bailed. But at the end of the day it comes down to what one believes, and I'm always of the opinion that I can't accept any evidence shown to me, by default - simply by virtue of the fact that I wasn't there, so there's no possible way for me to know for sure that what I'm seeing is genuine. I don't mean to offend, just to explain why I'm sceptical. I may not believe it to be paranormal, but it was most definitely entertaining, so cheers.@@NoviceWildCamper

This time I felt fine, didn't really feel threatened in any way and as I don't believe in ghosts kept trying to rationalise what was going on around me. We're they old handprints that just lingered there and I missed them first pan round? I know from my diving days that if you place your bare hand on a brain coral it can leave a handprint there for many years as the skin marks it and eas thinking maybe this was something similar that couldn't be seen by the human eye but by the camera? 🤷🏼‍♂️ just trying to rationalise and explain things in my head but the fear wasn't like the last camp, that was a feeling I didn't feel on this one.

    Wow, brave! I laughed when you said about how you previously swore you wouldn't go back on your own, but were indeed back there on your own. Well, not entirely on your own... Two possibilities... Sasquatch, or other Sasquatch 😄😅 The metallic banging is unusual, to be fair... maybe they could have found some metal thing somewhere... I dunno. Strange. The hand prints would be the younger ones who threw sticks and what not the other time, I imagine. This time they had a fun infrared camera to interact with and keep out of sight of. But the hand prints are certainly something they would do. Being friendly really. They must think you're okay. I honestly do not understand the science of how they make themselves invisible, so as to place hand prints with no other discernable action. My theory is some kind of extradimensional movement. But I've almost no idea how they do it. The howls and 'radio' talking sounds, also definitely Sasquatch. The dog walker maybe just didn't want to walk past your car, would be my rational guess for that one. Although it's possible that the Squatches are known about and that the area is being monitored by someone or other... Who knows... Cool gadgets by the way! The Sasquatch obviously think so too. You would probably get more interaction with the cameras if you went back another time. The UA-cam app glitched when I was writing this comment so I'm not sure it will post right but anyway this is my two cents worth. Interesting experience again
