    4 things to start today:
    1. Eat breakfast within an hour of waking prioritizing protein and healthy fat. Avoid caffeine on an empty stomach and start small with a smoothie if you need to.
    2. Prioritize low impact activities like walking or pilates.
    3. Aim for 3 protein, fat and fibre-rich meals at similar times each day to help balance blood sugar levels and prevent excess stress on the body.
    4. Follow my IG @kirannjagpal for more solutions and info!

What if i have high DHEA? What does that mean? I did a DUTCH test and my DHEA was too high and my cortisone was low...

This subject isn't talked about enough! Thank you for spreading awareness.
I would love to see a video about oxytocin specifically and how it can have a great impact on cortisol and all our other hormones.
Although, I agree that having a stable blood sugar can definitely have a big impact on your cortisol levels.
