My. Dermatologist said that. The food you eat isn't so important and that acne is genetics.
True dear, i have been suffering from acne and for me I was gluten intolerance which was worsening my gut and skin too😢 , but started eliminating food that is causing trouble for gut , taking care of gut health and but i didn't got such inflammated acne now and my skin started clearing :- Please suggest suggest best probiotic supplements if you can please 🥺🥺

I cut out milk, gluten and drank only water. I became so miserable i think i even gave myself acne by depression. Once i stoppe using drug sore prodcts and went natural it cleared my skin. I can eat whatevr i like again and dont feel like a freak
