I recommend gymnastics rings. You can hang them on the pullup bar, and set their straps low enough to either do pushups, dips, inverted rows, etc. All with whatever level of incline you choose, or whatever level of decline if you find something to prop your feet onto.
UA-cam algorithm is messed up dude. you're genuinally giving out good content the thumbnails not bad and the video's are actually good maybe the thumbnail could do a little more but it's actually amazing video and you're entertaining. I GARUNTEE YOU if you keep it up once you get discovered you'll SKYROCKET to 100k in under a few months after people find you
Awesome video. Probably the most humble and hardworking person on UA-cam. This really makes it SO EASY for people to work out bc you debunked the idea of needing a gym membership or space to be fit. You gained a new sub :) Can’t wait for your channel to get the recognition it deserves
Only thing you missing is gym rings you can hang on your pull-up bar thank me later game changer, you can do dips, pull-ups and pushups and more on them
You are so me. Your like who I want to be menially. Like beat the binge ed and get better at calisthenics that's my goal rn. Gain control of my head. LOL my room also had no door when I lived with my mom. Anyway, your an inspiration fr.
you are putting a lot of faith into that piece of crap pull up bar that's wedged in between the doors. I only say this because safety should be top priority. Bolt your pull up bars into studs in walls or on ceilings. I don't even hang shower curtains like the way you hang your pull up bars.
@@CharlieVN you can attach the thing to reinforced concrete. The failure point isn’t the door frame falling off the wall. The failure point is the pull up bar sliding off the thin ledge that’s not hard mounted and only held by gravity. Plenty of videos shows people slipping the pull up bar off the door frame.
@@CharlieVN this one in the video is so much worse than the one I was thinking of. This thing barely holds up shower curtains. At least the ones I mentioned are hanging upside down from the door frame. Do you realize how hard you need to jam the poles into the side for it hold significant weight?

@@TheObnoxiousMan I mean yeah fair enough but just making the point, they don't build muscle aswell as your basic pushups, pullups/rows/ dips and squats.

Will invest in those next. Thanks dude!
yeah, I was about to comment that literally every single thing here could be done with gymnastic rings plus a million things more

You do know that doors are installed on studs, right?

@@jono601 yes, I’ve been using one for a few decades, the screw in variety
Don't need to do all those fancy moves.
@tayuki10 but why, you'd get better results with basics or modified basics.
@tayuki10 🤷♂️ I just don't get it.
I mean I used to do yoga, and we had cool moves like the crow I spose.
