❤️ About woom
We love bikes. And we love making children and their parents happy. ""We want as many children as possible to love to ride their bike - that is our mission.”
Our bikes are child-friendly and superlight. 90% of our bike parts have been specially developed for children and produced exclusively for woom. This means that our bikes are meticulously designed to match the specific needs and anatomies of children. Our ongoing development work has enabled us to build bikes that are 40% lighter than conventional children's bikes. This makes woom bikes the lightest series-production children's bikes in the world!
When children feel comfortable on a bike, they enjoy riding more. The best proof? On a woom bike, children learn to ride up significantly faster than on other bikes. Being able to explore the world on their own is a blast for kids. With our bikes, we offer children a fun and safe riding experience thanks to excellent handling and an optimal ergonomic design. This means fun and adventure are guaranteed on every ride! - Спорт
Just did this on my lunch break with time to spare to eat!
Good morning, my woom 2 has a mounting hole in the handle bar from the top, however it's not mentioned anywhere in the manual or this movie.
Hi Rafał! Please contact woom@woom.com. My colleagues will be happy to help you. Kind regards, Fabienne
Hi! Will the 50mm spammer and hex key be included in box with the bicycle? Just want to make we have everything we need once it arrive! Thanks
Hi! Yes, everything you need to assemble the bike is in the box. Kind regards, Leonard
@@woombikes my woom3 was missing the spanner and hex key. Also instead of a manual there is just a single page sheet.

@@woombikesalready contacted woom EU team as bike purchased from EU and sent to New Zealand. EU team said to contact US team. US team said contact EU team or EU retailer. Had other issues with the bike as well (eg. Woom forgot to put grease in the hub and one of the hex head bolts was founded off and chain had an issue). In the end i got it repaired at a local bike shop and the retailer refunded cost of repair. I gave up on the missing spanner etc.
Hi, I'm waiting for woom 2 to arrive. Just a question..i want to make it first as a balance bike for my kid. So i will not put the pedals at first, but wondering ..must i remove the pedal part (srry dont know the name for that- the axel that you put pedals into) or can i leave it as is just not pit the pedals in? Thank you
Daniela
Hi daniela! If you want to use the bike as a balance bike, you can leave the pedal cranks as is and not put the pedals in.
@@woombikes thank you for your answer. So i can leave the cranks as is, it will not spin around when chain is moving? Read somewhere that tipically you need to remove cranks, chain and pedals.. but its great if you can just not put the pedals in and cranks won't turn around when the child is riding.. so the pedals out and thats about it?
Hi daniela! Yes, exactly.
@@woombikes wow, that super simple and practical, thank you for your quick response and usefull infos, kind regards, Daniela
We got a woom 2 and the cranck is not moving smoothly. It keeps jaming and if you lift the bike and turn the pedals back the wheel turns back. Is there something wrong with the crank?
Hi! Sorry to hear there's a problem. It would be perfect, if you could send us an e-mail with a video of the problem attached to woom@woom.com. Our colleagues from technical support will take a look at it and certainly find a good solution for you.
Is there to be no oil or grease applied to any of the fixings?

The top reflector is too loose and slides all over
Yeah, the reflector clamps are too big for the frame and handlebars. What am I missing here?
@@tondog54 there is a black strip that came in the bag with the wrenches. Apparently you have to put it inside the clamp of the front (white) reflector.
@@nikkiobrien9329 @woombikes it's still too loose with the black strip as well. the birthday party is tomorrow, anybody have any suggestions?
Yes,@@crissiebaby3694, @woombikes both lights are too loose
Hi Gonzalo! If your lights are still too loose we would ask you to directly contact our colleagues at woom@woom.com with pictures of the mounted lights. They are happy to look into it and certainly will find a good solution for you. Kind regards, Leonard
Well. My stem wasnt protected whatsoever and cant get the stem to go down… PISSED!!!!
Hi ZTallant90! Please contact our customer service at woom@woom.com. My colleagues will be happy to help you. Kind regards, Fabienne from woom
The pedal doesn’t move forward when my child is sitting on the bike. If I lift the bike off the floor, I’m able to turn the pedal forward and the back wheel spins in response
Hi! We'd ask you to directly contact our colleagues at woom@woom.com with a video of your issue. They will take a close look at it and will certainly find a solution for you. Kind regards, Leonard
u didnt show the part where u need to put that black rubber piece (like an incomplete circle thick width piece of rubber band) to tighten the front white light on the handle bar, made me look all over the place for what is missing to tighten up the light on the handle bar... bad instruction on that part.
