I like this drawer system more than most if not all I've seen. I'm still 6 months out from getting my 4runner. Any plans on making a carpeted version? Or maybe just kits that have tolerances for carpeting? I'd like black with red stitches if I could get it.
I dont have any plans to sell carpeted ones.
Do your for this kit come with the mortise and tenons called out or flat edges? I would be pocket joinery to assemble everything, so I was just curious.

Nice, I've been watching your videos for about 2 years now, great stuff and I'm still trying to buy a new 4Runner but can't find what I want, one like yours but white and with a roll out cargo tray, hard to find. How tall is your kit, inside and outside ? Thanks
This system does not work with the sliding cargo tray. The system is 8.5" tall

Wondering what the max inside length for sleeping in one of the 3gens of 4Runners is possible while being able to stretch out?

The system creates 5'7" long area. But once you add a mattress it can be closer to 6' since the mattress can go over the seat backs a bit!

Why do you focus so much on the 4Runner? It seems like the Tacoma would be way more popular for this kind of thing.
The Tacoma kit is coming later this year
If only the surfaces were carpeted, they'd look 100x nicer.
Just carpet them then its not hard
