I've currently got out from the Library; Her Majesty's Royal Coven, True Biz and The Panopticon, all of which because I heard Booktubers talking about them 📚😁 loved the eye lashes (and you hair) in this video 🙂
I have read "We begin at the end" and really loved it, one of my favorite thrillers. I have just finished "The dream home" on audio and was totally gripped. I read "Babysitter" and found it very dark and didn't get the ending , so not my fave. Really look forward to hearing what you think! I have just got "Nightcrawling" out from the library! The eyelashes look great and love it that you don't wear make-up..one of the many refreshing things about you and your videos!
Omg Nightcrawling is great and the author was late teens when she wrote it which still blows my mind! Glad to hear dream home was gripping and will keep you posted on babysitter
I haven’t read any of those books but I look forward to hearing how you get on with them. I’ve got two new releases from the library: 1. “Margo’s Got Money Troubles” by Rufi Thorpe is about an unemployed 20-year-old woman who had an affair with her professor and now has a new baby. I’ve just started it and it’s a fun read. 2. “How to Age Disgracefully” by Clare Pooley is described as “a senior citizens’ center and a daycare collide with hilarious results.” Having read other Clare Pooley books, I think I’m in good hands.
@@MeMyDogAndBooks Good job on trying not to rub your eyes. I still have to remind myself everyday not to rub my eyes. It's not easy to distract my hands away from my face.😄
A couple of goodies in that pile! I’m currently reading a library book, The Wisdom of Sally Red Shoes by Ruth Hogan. Not bad at all, I’m nearly done and then I have one more library borrow called The Lifeline by Libby Page. I have also just returned James Patterson’s The Secret Lives of Booksellers and Librarians. Short stories from various librarians and book shop owners about how books have changed not only their lives, but their customers lives too. That was a 10/10.
I am so happy to hear it was 5 stars for you! That gets me excited. Oh no I never made it, I’m not that crafty, but I bought it online from a person that did!
@MeMyDogAndBooks no in a good way! It was just a very dramatic difference! It was just at a waterstones, very interesting. She spoke a lot about the inspiration for the book. The factory in the book is based on a real lace factory she visited and she spoke a lot about the ancient Greek imagery in the book so I'm going to look out for that now when I read it!
I love your videos! I read Trapped by Catherine Ryan Howard in March. It was a 5 star read for me. I won't spoil anything here. Just know that everything becomes clear by the end. I would like to hear your thoughts on The Dream House by T.M. Logan. I don't know when we will get that here in my library. I live in California. I love Patti and Lucy! Please give them lots of cuddles from me. Take care and Happy Reading!
You’re too kind to say that about my videos thank you! I am so excited that you found that book 5 🌟 Whoo hoo! Also I will definitely give Lucy and Patti a big hug from you x
Not sure whether to bless you or curse you for recommending Good Girls Don’t Die. I’ve only put it down to watch this video. Do let us know what you think of Babysitter please.
Nobody asked for my opinion but I’m going to foist it upon you, nonetheless. Everybody, please keep your fingers away from your eyes!👁 I usually use a tissue if I have an itchy eye and need to rub it. However, I recently ignored my own good advice and rubbed my eye area with my finger. My eye got infected, as a result. If you don’t mind spending hours in the doctor’s waiting room, paying for overpriced eye drops, taking time out of each day to apply the drops and compresses, and, of course, suffering with either pain and/or itchiness, then ignore everything I just said. 😆
@@MeMyDogAndBooks Try to be aware of when you’re about to rub your eyes, and then stop yourself and get a tissue to use instead of your hands. My ophthalmologist told me that too much rubbing can damage your cornea (scary.) Google “tips to stop rubbing your eyes” for advice or ask your eye doctor. I’ve managed to stop rubbing my eyes for at least three years but I slipped up that one time recently and got an infection. It’s not easy to stop but you can train your brain.🧠😀
We Begin At The End is a good read.
I am so happy to hear this !
I love kislux that on the butterfly bag it says auguri / tanti auguri which means happy birthday
I’m sold just from the cardi and the glasses. Stayed for the amazing video! Subscribed. ❤
Yay! Thank you! You’re too kind, hope you enjoy watching 😀
I’ve always admired your beautiful eyes! With or without the tinted lashes.👀
You’re too kind!

Sound like great reads I love how much you’re using your library
Love your attitude about this bag and not caring about what people will say. kislux You are right keep your head up and no your priorities.
it's taken me a good few years of getting older to care less but getting there!
Last library book I read was Antarctica by Claire Keegan 👍 Love the phrase "booky banter!" 😂
Oh I’ve not read that one! Did you enjoy? He he book banter is a must-use phrase 🧡
Yes, she is so skilled at the short story
Hi that looks like a fantastic library haul. Excited to hear how you get on with them 😃
Me too!
We begin at the end was a 5 star read for me! I hope you enjoy it.❤ love your cardi too! Did you make it?

Ooh what genre is that?
Having your eyelashes done completely changed your face!
I went to a book event for the silence factory, it sounds so good!
Hopefully not in a bad way 😂
Wow! What was the event for it like?
