Orange is actually a lot more versatile than you think. I have wore it with cobalt blue, with different greens, brown, beige, white, yellow, jeans, gold, silver, turquoise and as seen in many Indian textiles and my daughter’s nursery: Hot Pink! I do stay away from black but it is not as difficult to pair with other colors as you have stated. Play with it and you’ll see!
I love brown! All the shades of brown! I’ve been wearing brown swimsuits for years, but they are kind of difficult to find... And even though black was always my favorite color I think a deep dark brown looks less harsh as I’ve aged.
Orange goes great with olive khaki, and moss green. It goes great with navy and brown. It goes great with light blue. It goes great with light yellow. White and cream and tan. Orange goes great with lots of colors.

Love the Kelly green and the forest green this year. And I LOVE wearing orange. It looks great with army green pants or shorts, or skirts. Peach fuzz washes me out. It almost looks like my own skin tone. I need bright clear colors near my face.

I have loved brown for years! I got to be known for it among my friends, and that was 10 years ago. I guess everyone else is catching up with me - lol. Brown was my new black for a long time. It still might be, although now I'm wearing a lot of navy and beige.
Sometimes it's hard to pick, but I've always loved black and cream together for a timeless elegant look. Right now I'm leaning hard into the pretty sky blues for tops and white for pants. A new thing for me this year is a brighter olive with a clear bright navy which will go seamlessly into fall.
There are a few of those colors like butter yellow that I think look really beautiful, but "not on me". I think that's a great opportunity to use it in accessories like a bag or bracelet. Something not close to the face. Absolute favorite color combo for me is orange with white and navy! Always so crisp and classic!

The same for styles, when a style I love is trending, like Polo tops/sweaters and contrast trim right now, I stock up while they’re around. Colours are promoted simply to increase clothes sales……..if you have room keep your pop colour pieces…..just a few. They will always come back and they are so useful when one gets bored with black, charcoal, grey and navy. Can’t have one without the other. A colour pop really lifts the spirits.

I’m in my kelly green era. I shopped a few items around St Patrick’s Day when it was available. I like it with my gray hair and blue eyes. I love orange, but it is definitely an accent color for me.

Don't you just adore forrest green, I have just introduced it into my pallet. I recently let my hair go gray and it changed my whole approach. Peach is a hard color to wear.
I feel like entire colours can’t go out of style. Like people saying pink is out of style… all pink? Every single shade? Every item, pants, tanks, sweaters, dresses? Impossible! Maybe certain colours can be trending and be seen everywhere at certain times but the other colours aren’t out. Just my 2 cents and not everyone will agree!
‘This year’s colours’ is mostly a device to keep us all buying clothing. If you have a wide selection of scarves or sweaters one can save a lot of money yet still give a nod to fashion.

These were fantastic colors you mentioned in the video, but I don't think you played fair by Orange. She pairs pretty well many many colors,starting with navy, black, white, and brown. For bolder statements, I'd pair it up with peach, pink, yellow or even red. It depends on the shades. 😅....

I like black, white, navy and bright colors. I only like beige in small doses. I love pink. I only like dark brown and a bright lemon yellow on me. No peach for me. I am not sure about orange.
As a strictly personal opinion I am not overly big on bright solids like the greens and hot pinks etc.--the oranges look good and your dress looked fine but some of the blouses in your collage of models didn't have the same appeal mostly because of design. If brights are blended with a pattern such as white/green floral or offset with a different common like white slacks etc. then I feel they hit the mark much better like when you model sets and mix it a bit. I like the more subdued or softer tones and lighter pastels depending upon design and functionality and most importantly how the wearer feels (if it is not really up their alley and they simply don't feel comfortable with certain colors). So far this year I have seen blacks, browns, whites and blues mostly so I agree whole-heartedly and I think the momentary pink craze was due mostly to the Barbie movie release advertising. The yellows (of which I have seen a moderate amount start to appear for spring and such) are almost always beautiful on women unless of some obnoxiously crazy design to make waves. As for your sets I think perhaps my favorites were the brown sets especially the sienna (?) dress. Anyway, lovely and a great review of trends.
The only colors mentioned here are red (bluer, nor orangy) and ivory, although I do wear black, although usually not near my face but as an accent color. I’m a “summer”, and the only greens I like for myself are blue-greens.
Me, too, friend, I’m a Summer, too (Soft Summer, so I can wear Autumn khaki-green, too, but it isn’t my best color. It’s just such a handy neutral). Love your kitty, I adore torties!🙂

I like the more subdued or softer tones and lighter pastels depending upon design and functionality and most importantly how the wearer feels (if it is not really up their alley and they simply don't feel comfortable with certain colors). So far this year I have seen blacks, browns, whites and blues mostly so I agree whole-heartedly and I think the momentary pink craze was due mostly to the Barbie movie release advertising. The yellows (of which I have seen a moderate amount start to appear for spring and such) are almost always beautiful on women unless of some obnoxiously crazy design to make waves. As for your sets I think perhaps my favorites were the brown sets especially the sienna (?) dress. Anyway, lovely and a great review of trends.

The only colors mentioned here are red (bluer, nor orangy) and ivory, although I do wear black, although usually not near my face but as an accent color. I’m a “summer”, and the only greens I like for myself are blue-greens.
Me, too, friend, I’m a Summer, too (Soft Summer, so I can wear Autumn khaki-green, too, but it isn’t my best color. It’s just such a handy neutral). Love your kitty, I adore torties!🙂

Yellow and orange don’t work with my cool coloring, but I like the other colors. Anything too goldish, even camel, makes me look tired, black, too.

Me, too, friend, especially the cooler-toned browns (I have cool coloring). Clothes in brown were completely unavailable for 20 years or more, I’m glad they’re back. Brown are such great neutrals, being a mix of red and green, and so natural-looking.🙂
