    Thank you for explaining this so clearly and succinctly. The key for me was to reprocess those memories that the brain was still signalling the cell danger response. Neither DNRS or Gupta address this. I have supported clients who have done both these courses and are still very ill. Once we use memory reconsolidation processes to directly target the memories they fully recover

    Chronic traumatic events and experiences starting from childhood up until adulthood is damaging to the limbic system too. Racial discrimination including colorism neglect and so on. Lack of support from your loved ones leading to life long term debilitating PTSD .
    More medical, natural practitioners , social workers, psychologists need to be aware and educated about limbic system damage and how to heal it.

      Yes science is showing this more and more through pre birth and post birth studies then following same kids for yrs. Dr Gabor Mate and Bessel Van der Kolk, Dr Peter Levine. Plus books on highly sensitive or persons by Dr Aron. All humans vulnerable to trauma we share 98.5-99% DNA.
