Bikini Brief(Bulma's mom) vs Nani is a HARD pick not gonna lie, because they are both super baddies. But I would have to give it to Nani for a couple of reasons. 1) She's goated across-the-board; looks, personality, and as a sister/guardian/provider. 2) She's actually an ultra baddie which is a step above super. 3) She was one of my first big fictional character crushes and made my young self feel things I didn't quite understand yet. 4) She's a POC. Affirmative Action her to the top. She earns it on her own merits, but in a sea of white mommies and animal mommies that are white coded, she's getting AA'D all the way.
