My Dad in 1979 Bought a coupe rite off the Showroom floor... It was 2-tone Black over Silver with aftermarket Dealer installed chrome Wire Wheels. Interior was Dark red... A inline 6 was the power plant. After 2 years my Dad needed something with more Pep. So mom got the Granada while Dad bought a new 1981 Mercury Marquis Brougham. In 1987 I became legal driving age so Dad got himself the all New 1987 F-150 XLT Lariat, mom got the Mercury & I got the Granada with 70.000 miles as my 1st Car...I was So Happy with that Granada. I remember Dad took it to Ford where it had been Serviced since New to have the while Car gone through so I would have No Problems on my 1st Day as it as mine. Dad even took it to Goodyear for New Tire's. I took great pride in that Granada & wish, like many still had my 1st car...
Thanks Patrick... God Bless..
Looks like this one came right off the forest floor.
I had to watch that dust blow a few times.. thanks for the laugh!
It peppered to the Ole Man for sure..
Hey heard one today, "What do Vegan Zombies eat?" answer: "Graaains!!!!!!"
Love it.
Is it just me or any one else like how Rev digs through things inside these old vehicles?
Quote of the episode: "Ain't nothing wrong with it unless it don't work." One of my favorite videos so far! Thanks for the time to share this with us.
Thanks for watching..
Love the videos, that 302 would be cool in the falcon
Oh Lord... What a Ford..! Nice to see y’all. Cheers from California.
Thanks for watching friend.
A lot of good parts for your 66 mustang . Disk brake conversion right there in your woods cant beat that.
Most certainly... Not a bad idea for the Ole Man..
I thought the Wheeler boys were getting stumped on this one. Lots of fun.
The electronic ignition module was doing a good job... points and condensor are easier to test..
When I was a kid I used to love Ford Granada and Plymouth Duster. It is bringing me back memories
Good rides for sure.
Thanks for bringing that Granada back to life! Just goes to show that these cars are tougher than people give them credit for. I actually have two Ford Granadas...a 1977 and a 1978 that I take to car shows. They always get A LOT of attention!
Greg...I love working on the rigs that others would not... They will also get attention because it will be the only one at the show.
I had a 1977 bought it new straight six four speed on floor they called it overdrive bench seat tranny was top loaders with a high 4th ratio 60 mph was about 2000 rpm would tach out about 6100 rpm it was a freeway runner and could keep up high speed all day. Wish I had keep it now. Best run was Youngstown Ohio to McGuire AFB NJ 5 hours 15 min figured the air force would get me out of jail at least
I had a 1977 Ford Granada 4 door, light blue. I loved that car! Wish I still had it ! 😆
Moose is absolutely adorable!! Love these videos! I look forward to seeing them pop up on my alerts! You and the crew keep on keeping on!!
Thanks for watching..
Heard of a burning bush but not a Granada tree. Good to see ya Rev and Ole Man.
haha
I think that one of the things I like best about your channel is the heartwarming relationship between father and son. Its just one of the best things in the world to see. Carry on guys, the lord is being lifted up and his people are being encouraged with what you are doing! Happy new year!
We absolutely enjoy our time together for sure.. Thanks for watching..
I bought a ‘77 Granada V8 back in the mid 80’s as a “beater” car, but it had low miles and in pristine condition!! I ended up loving it! The transmission eventually gave out and like an idiot, chose not to spend the money to get another one. I wish I had kept it. Can’t even find these anymore!
Thanks Joey... fun stuff for sure..
Hey Rev thanks for all your time and effort. I really enjoy watching you and father working on all the rigs. Much love to all...
Thanks andrew
Man I love watching you shows cars is my favorite things to do and to see y'all bring them back to life
Hi Rev and Ole Man. Wow, the Granada fired up. Unreal! 28 years and she kicked it like she ran this morning. Awesome. Moose is adorable. What a nice little guy. Good to see you and the folks. Big Al.
Thanks Big AL... Hope all is well with you... GOd Bless.
My parents had one with a 351 in it. Great car, 2 door, power everything, comfortable ride.
Thanks Scott.
Been binge-watching your channel, and I want to say thanks to all you folks for giving us such a nice place to hang out.
Kitt, I truly appreciate you watching. Thanks a bunch. God Bless!
There are no shellfish on RevStoration, Moose will make sure of that. You got woods, chainsaws, and a running 302, it's a good day.
Thanks Richard
Congratulations on almost 25k look forward to the next video
thanks Brian... we will get there one day... God Bless.
Car--ce-ology pay's off you found a "space saver" spare. Today, many cars do not have a spare at all. I was half expecting you would find the holy grail.
Holy grail for sure.. Thanks for watching..
Love the videos, Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
Rev! The boys and have been wondering where you've been! Were so glad you found another FORD!
Emil... only enough time to get about one a week out... Thanks for watching.
Datsun had a similar spare tire system. It was mainly to save space, but once you got your tire fixed you'd never get that spare squished back down to size.
Makes sense... saves space once...
Best Ford site on UA-cam👍
Nice jobb. Rev and old man. Greatings from Sweden. Old Ford never die 😉👍💪
Thanks MrFord... Im honored..
Looking Fantastic!! Great JOB
Thank you! Cheers!
I like that special tool that you are using to clean the windshield.
I believe I need to pitch the idea of sending it to market... Profitable for sure..
Moose is a cute fur baby, Amazingly quick fire up on this one, couldn't do that with a modern motor after 28 years.
Thanks Richard
and God bless you I'll and thank you for letting us seeing you guys fix up old cars that is awesome
Thanks for watching.
I love this channel anyway, the addition of Moose knocks it out of the park 😊❤️
Good job love watching you guys
Thanks Steve.
how nice to watch the discovery of an abandoned car, to record the emotions in finding the abandoned objects in it, how to discover the traces of a previous life
This one was a fun video to make... Thanks for watching..
Hey Rev and daddy ! Your jokes are funny,! Love to watch! God Bless you all, Gods Blessings always to you and your family! 🙏🙏🙏❤️👍👍👍
Thanks Sue
I miss my 1979 Granada with a 302 v8. Plenty of room .I let my mom drive it for a year or two. She ragged it out in no time. No car ever built lasted long with her despite my dads best efforts. I bet she owned 20 cars in her life( mostly used) ragged everyone of them out. My dad's cars and trucks lived long lives. In the end Mom wrecked his last car and truck too.
The Ford granada was the poster child for the malaise Era.
Always enjoy your videos 👍
Thanks Anthony.
A really cool car, soft spot as I had one! Great too see it going, and Moose is cute. Thanks once again!
Just holding the engine for a while... THanks for watching Roy..
yeah the episode ive been waiting for.
Hope you enjoyed it.
I found your channel before but I forgot to subscribe I'm glad I found this one! I got you locked in now that car runs great
Welcome back... thanks!
My first car was a 1980 Ford Granada!! Even though it was a straight 6, this brings back old memories!! I miss that old car!!
Thanks for watching Raymond..
i enjoy watching ya ll working on the cars and working together with your Dad
Thanks Gary
Good video guys, keep on trucking!
Thanks Jerry.
Awe, I'm luving the pup. My parents had a Corgi, everyone would stop and talk to my Pop when they were out and about. They are so smart.
Ole Moose is a show stopper too... Lots of attention already..
⏪ Love my Corgi mix, and yes they are extremely smart.
Great job. You and the old man are the best!
Thanks Charles
Good Seeing You, Your Father & Welcome Moose Rev.. I Remember Those, When Was A Young Lad Out Neighbor Had One With A Stick Shift, With Creggers, Rear End Jacked Up & My Cousin Also Had One Just Like The One You Guys Have There.. Be Safe Out There Guys, God Bless!!
Thanks Charles... Fun little dog for sure..
Great video Rev! Keep that engine in the Grenade! Theyre awesome rigs. Im sure everyone would love to see a powerwash video on it too lol. Glad to hear the news about the courier! And awesome dog!
Thanks for watching Dale...
Started like Clock Work! Amazing.
Amazing and it started up very quickly..
Moose is such a cute little puppy. Enjoyed seeing the Old Man holding him and giving Moose kisses. Anyone that loves animals is a good person in my book. Seeing this old car start was just icing on the cake.
Thanks
Oh Man that dog is Cute LOL!!! Moose is HUGE!
We agree
A 77 Granada?! Rev, are you digging up EVERY one of my cars from high school and college?
We have probably had it since you were in High School... Thanks for watching brother.
Just scored a 1976 Granada with a 351 in it with only 58,000 miles! I love the beast.
Awesome ride I bet... Congrats
@@RevStoration let's just say that it was interesting driving it home on 25 year old tires!
Nice! I had a '75 Granada Ghia w/ the 351w as well, it was a good runner as it surprised quite a few of its contemporary "sporty" cars. But alas she was not taken care of up to the time I got it and someone had messed up the hvac control's dash wiring trying to fix an issue and it burned up as a result, ah well, I got good use out of it for about 6 months prior to that incident.
I watch every video 10 times a price I can wait on the ford Bronco engine install running I can't wait much longer it drive me crazy it only thing I can do watch video you are my favorite UA-cam channel keep up grateful for the video thank you from the knighton out of inman South carolina

Thanks Kim
I love your channel rev so cool too see the old man with you very nice work as always Lee
Thanks Lee
The 2 of you are just getting so good at this cars can't help but start. Made it look easy.👍
It was rather easy... It surprised us... greatly.
Cute pup! every man needs a dog, and an old Ford!
Amen.
It fired up because the classics were built to last!! Unlike the plastic, aluminin crap currently, that it programmed purposely to be obsolete,rippoff!!..my favorite car is my 1974 buick century, with the 350, rear wheel drive, and the giant chrome bumpers that yell: 'get out the way'!! Our family was able to finally subscribe today..we are extremly poor after paying the bills& have been dumpster diving for meals..barely scrapping by..we love the classics as much as yall. And your videos help treat our daily depression.. God bless yall!!😃😃😃..
Jaycee... I will be praying for opportunity for you and your family. I am honored to be of some small help in your difficult situation. If I can help any other way, let me know.
He is handsome and has beautiful markings. Corgi's are great, we have never had such lovable dogs before. Lots of shedding, but worth it.
He has been awesome so far.
Unbelievable how easy that car started.... New subsciber to your channel and I like what you guys are doin. Hopefully your channel will grow, keep up the great videos my friend shout out to you from México bud...
Thanks for the sun Juan.
I really love watching these videos.
Thanks Fernando
OMGOSH! Rev! What's better than a puppy! Congratulations on the new addition! WELCOME, Moose!
A '77 Granada?!? That was new when I graduated high school! hahaha! Let's get that bad boy up and running!
WooHoo!! Great job, Gents! Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend. God bless.
Surprised the old car ran..
A buddy of mine had one of those for his first car. The inline six was a pooch, but he still managed to wrap it around a tree. Had it been a lesser car, he might not be with us today. He loved that car!
IT may take longer to get there but they still move fast..
If it had a automatic they were a dead pooch. Manual transmission was a totally different car
Thats a Ford for ya, great video, as always !
Sure is... Thanks for watching..
Glad you have moose I have Chubby my channel dog who is in my videos. I used to own a 1979 Granada but it had the old six cylinder not a V8 but drove it across the country and back. And I had a 1972 Ford courier that I used to commute back and forth to work for years. Good to see the Granada running and always good to see you and your Dad having fun.
Thanks for watching Larry... God Bless.
Rev put the 302 in the old white Mustang or the Willys....I like watching you and the Ol Man working together. I sure miss my dad. God Bless.
Kerry... we may had another project for those rigs..
I like that car you guys are awesome and the old man is funny and I like the new puppy he the best say hello to the family thanks
God Bless... Thanks for watching..
Nikki I’ve got to say I truly enjoy your laugh at the entros
Thank you!! ☺️
She was committed to it for sure...
You both are having fun and your blessed to have your old man to do it with
Timothy... I agree 100%
Nice job rev and your dad keep up the good work!!
Thanks George
The yard work was tough to get to this Ford. But Rev. You got it. The old Man must have been worn out. Thank you for another great video. God Bless !
He said he was wore out... I got red bugs... I would rather be worn out than eating alive..
Was it fire ants. Surely not ticks. Guess going to have to have some OFF deep woods. 👍
I just sold a 2 door 77 ford granada with a 302. The man that bought it was about the old man's age. It reminded of the day you got the comet running he torn up out of the driveway spinning the tires. No fire though.
Steven... this 302 has some life left.
That’s amazing!! You can’t beat them old Fords!!
I agree... Thanks Jeff
@@RevStoration I figured the valves would clatter like crazy on that thing. But that’s a good sounding smooth running old motor.
Moose is adorable Rev.
Thanks Brother Charles.
I love ur videos thanks you and ur rather
Ya man that one would be worth selling to fund the other projects :-)) Love your determination to get these cars up and going. You need a garage with a lift and I believe you'd be a boss fabricator and mechanical youtube Boss Rev! Rooting for ya!
Robert... I agree on the lift... Thanks for watching and commenting... God Bless.
Had an '80 2dr with the 250ci in line 6/3spd overdrive on the floor. Loved that ol' tank and even used it to deliver newspapers for 2 years. Had to junk it when it rotted out along the top of the windshield and every body shop I talked to wanted way more than the car was worth to fix it. Still miss my ol' Granada.
Thanks Cory... Great ride I am sure..
Had a 77 same set up Ford to loader was what tranny was damn thing would fly on the freeway 🤣 and I mean just down right get with the program 60 mph was around 2000 rpm tach out about 6100 rpm do the math.
Those 302’s are some tough engines and the Granada’s are sort of rare I am thinking. Maybe you guys should restore the Granada?
They are rare for sure... dont see them anymore..
Been missing y'all. We had a Grenada for drivers ed when I was in school. 1975 or so.
Hopefully, it brought up some good memories..
Sounds good. That old 302 still has life. My father and grandfather used to own one
Thanks.... Still wants to go..
I know I mentioned it before but sleep a dude in Tennessee always works on old Fords as well sometimes you guys have similar cars. Better for me. I get to enjoy both channels
Ive watched his channel.. Good dude..
How many cars has this old man driven into the swamp and forgot about until the show needs a revival car? Or maybe they just brought this granada over from a junk yard yesterday and covered it with branches... oh well
I take it back. These guys are legit. The Luther story rings true.
No fluff here.. Been sitting in that spot for the last 28 years! Thanks for watching brother!
43:37 Wi-Fi muffler ROFL That's great I love it! and Moose the Mascot!
Thanks for watching..
Should keep the car complete ! I’m a new subscriber because I seen the Monarch ! My grandpa had one when I was little and I’m really not a Ford fan but love certain ones! Would love to see it restored and I would buy it from you!
We hope to get it going again... Thanks
Hey God bless you guys!! I know how much fun it is to work on cars with your father!! My dad passed but i have the best memories with him!! Now God blessed me with a diesel mechanics job I've been at for 8 years!! Love the vids
Matt... I am doing my part to not take it for granted... I am honored to record it and share it on ebay..
I am impressed someone would take the time to get the car running just to steal the gas.
I think they just ran the battery dead to allow the pump to pump fuel into a canister. Amazing effort for a little gas..
I graduated from school in 1977 and the ford granada and chevy caprice were the popular cars.
The Granada is a one of a kind vehicle... Thanks for watching..
Like Your Cap !! Pastor, COOL!!
Thanks
Moose will steal your thunder Rev, he is too cute. By the way enjoyed the music that played during the chain saw segment.
I agree Chief... He is already more popular in our house..
The US Ford Granada looks like more beautiful than Granada we had in Europe.Very interesting video, sometime a little bit complicate to understand American accent but I did it ,and so charming MADE IN USA.
Still not an attractive car.. Thanks for watching..
I am 52, living North Georgia. Love your channel. Not a fan of granadas. My grandmother had one when I was a kid and for some reason I remembered I didn't like that car but I'll always enjoy watching you all working on cars
Thanks brother..
A new live for a good quality car! Strong material no electronic thats the way to have a long live! Well done bring it back to the road for another 50 years👍😎😎😎❤️
It needs some metal work but all in all, It can hit the road before long.
Sounds like with all the Rigs it is Rev Samples used cars (BR-549) LOL is your dads called the (Haney's place) Love it just horsing around
Thanks and yes we have a few.
The...the cuteness of new dog.... ❤️
GACK!
*keels over
Thanks Brother.. We agree
Fun fact I love how you named your dog moose. That is actually my nickname
We lived in Alaska and loved seeing moose.. we miss the creatures so NikkiT named the little guy "Moose!"
I'd love to be there helping you get them running.
Robert... we truly enjoy it..
Good running engine and hard to beat the cuteness of a corgi pup!
I agree... Thanks
Ford's never die. But I think that's the roughest one I've seen on the channel
I agree.. the car is rough but I was genuinely surprised at how good the engine ran after so long. Still a sweet feeling to hear em crank over and crank up!
Moose is cute!! Haha love it!!😁
I agree Matt
That is a beautiful pup and keep showing the pup
Thanks
