Something I've noticed is that it feels like you always have an extremely high enemy density during missions. I tend to play in a two-man squad and not usually on steel path, so I was wondering if either of those contributed, if it was just editing to get the best possible showcase, or if there was something else I didn't consider such as potentially a speedva or a tile set choice
@@aaronscott7467 Steel Path increases the enemy count to act as if you're in a 4-man mission, and I mostly don't include clips without something going on.
I've paused the video as soon as you said Manifold Bond is not worth it on hounds. Mine equipped with Synergized Prospectus, Repo Audit and Momentous Bond spreads status like crazy, and I don't even have to prime enemies myself for the cooldown reduction to work. Electric/Magnetic, two IPS and two elementals of your choice, and maybe a 5th from Momentous Bond.
I think he specifically discouraged it’s use on hounds and moas because they have ai that can have problems targeting the enemies you want. They’re great for priming but when your hound is priming enemies in the next room over it becomes less effective
Manifold is amazing on hounds as it also applies physical status from their weapons. Their prospectus mods viral slash kill most things even on SP. Add on top that if you have the eximus steal, all the aoe effects also apply status so they make use of manifold reliably.
The main issue with hounds is their AI. They're very dumb sometimes, so it can take a while for them to kill stuff. Sentinels don't really have that problem.
@@Caidezes Yup, that's why I use synergized prospectus & null audit. Synergized ball doesn't require aiming or line of sight, so if my hound is 30 feet away it'll still bounce though every enemy in the room
I have found that a Hound with Lacerten with Heat + Viral + Radiation (now possible with Focus Radon) Is a great Primer if Paired with Synergized Prospectus + Null Audit. Alongside Manifold Bond. Null Audit dropping enemy weapons while doing magnetic + Slash+Impact+Fire+Viral+Radiation Then Synergized Prospectus that not only seeks targets, but also bounces 7 times, affecting anything with Electricity + Slash+Impact+Fire+Viral+Radiation This acts as good CC and great primer for Voruna with Breach Surge and Condition Overload, well fer my playstyle anyway :3
i have corrosive+cold+rad on mine. nourish's stun also works on your companion, so not only do you get viral+corro+cold+rad priming, the cold stacks extend the stun duration which in addition to the rad procs is insane CC. i also use batoten (imp+punc) because slash is a desirable element to come from your own weapon.
I have a question Do manifold bond mod ability cooldown reduction reset after every ability use or is it permanent for the rest of the mission Please someone answer this I'm going to buy this mod
love your vids brother, do you think you could do a video on the most efficient way to dust your arcanes for the new system (maybe like which specific syndicate arcanes you should use your standing to the then convert into dust or something.) I think that could be a really interesting question to answer.
I saw a notice in the patch notes yesterday that Contagious Bond now only applies a maximum of 100 stacks per use, and instantly thought of that video.
Okay. Hounds seem to be pretty OP. How did you test it? Using a Hound (with Synergized Prospectus, Repo/Equilibrium audit) and a correct setup for the Batoten applies heaps of status in a big AOE. Even Armorstrips with Shattering Impact.
Consider doing a video about the new mod Energy Nexus. It is a godly replacement of Primed Flow, arcane energize, and zenurik tree on frames that have a pretty good ammount of power strength and use Nourish.
Energy nexus is for beginners Even aside from arcane energize there are much better sources of energy management like equilibrium/and or pets/archon shards/just nourish alone
Shade's Ghost is unaffected likely because since the sentinel gains experience from it, it would skew the leveling while in actual combat. Since it would make it attempt to turn you invisible extremely often, it would make it level up at an astronomically fast rate, faster than other active precepts on any sentinel.
Well there’s one problem with the fake damage tank and that is damage can only go so far on its own ur going to get hit at some point regardless of if u wanted that all not then ur going to say oh shield gating fixes it ya but then ur only proving me right here bc then ur relying on something else to keep u alive not ur damage so ya damage isn’t everything but still this is a good combo for lots of frames this is just abit annoying to use it’s second part plus sometimes u need to kill more than 10
To be honest that's not tanking either. It's simply being resilient or durable. Tanking is when you draw aggro towards you or away from your enemies. Guardian Derision, Loyal Companion for companions, Dante's' Peregrine Falcons and Styanax are a few of the handful of ways to actually draw aggro in this game even some of those barely count or at least the way people don't use it with that purpose. Thereby not really tanking.. If there were more people who tanked than that would complete change the layout of the entire community. All the tools are there to turn several frames into a tank class. Few people actually use it. Choosing rather to go fast. SHoot everything. Than call themself a tank because they simply have high durability. Check the Wiki for threat level if you decide you want to tank. It's a fun playstyle. that changes the entire dynamic of the team.
@@lookalike4805 Hunter Munitions is always a worthy mod slot even when just running Toxin, then the Frame and Sentinel can also apply status. I was actually just using Torid and Hildryn to solo the Netracell mission. Whenever my shields went down Nautilus brought them right back up! With Helstrum equipped with all the Vigilante mods I was regularly seeing red crits, plus reinforced bond to buff it's firerate. Eh, what? My hound rips through everything with that mod equipped...... 🤔 Think you have another practical problem to address if you can't mod your hound right 😉
I wonder if this idea would be nice for the Pocket Loki Hound to constantly disarm enemies haha, you can easily do this with a Cedo and a strong killer frame, like Kullervo
do "free abilities" like mystic bond do anything on frames like Lavos? and what happens when the ability cast has a continuous energy drain? is it just initial cast cost that's free?
if you are trying to get nautilus do not farm it or buy it from warframe market. instead buy it from the in game shop. on warframe market a nautilus set is around 100p. in the in game shop its 75p and comes with a free potato for it and verglas.
Oh wow. Now I just have to figure out which mod MOAna Lisa is going to unequip in order to slot this. Yes, that's my MOA's name. MOAs are awesome. Mine autohacks every console for me (infinite free cyphers FTW) and allows me to defy all gravity when aim gliding for 20+ seconds straight (reducing damage on my Ivara with 2 Boreal mods by 40% in the process). I legitimately do not understand why people prefer sentinels other than they're easier to acquire. Oh and my Lavos is about to become even more unkillable than he was too!
