Hi, Gauss main here. Thermal Sunder is one of the best abilities in game, and i'm gonna share some fun tips info about it: 1. Cast order matters. If you cast Cold -> Heat, the blast will push enemies away, while Heat -> Cold will vaccum them in. 2. Thermal Sunder works off ANY heat/cold stacks on enemies, so if you freeze them with a gun or an environment peice, castting Heat Sunder will create the blast effect. 3. To increase the damage of Thermal Sunder, use Heat THEN Cold. Cold Sunder can take the DoT effect of Heat and force all remaining damage to be dealt with the Blast in a single instance. More Heat stacks, the better. 4. (optional) Try to get a Thermal Transfer mod from the Syndicates. It causes Thermal Sunder to imbue your and allied weapons with bonus Heat/Cold damage. It will interact with your current elemental mods, so if you have Toxin and you cast Cold Sunder, you will have Viral for the remaining duratuion of the buff. That's all. Have fun, and remember: YOU CAN'T GO TOO FAST! :D EDIT: Durning writing I forgot one thing: Redline amplifies the Thermal Sunder effects, being Cold Sunder insta freezes enemies, Heat Sunder applies full DoT effect and Blast Sunder permanently removes enemy armor, based on battery level. Gauss is probably my favorite frame ever. Fast as hell and you can build him to be an AOE ability spamming nightmare or you can set him up to be a crazy fun weapon platform. Either way, he's invincible as long as you keep doing the most fun thing to do in the game: going fast. Build for duration, you don't need strength higher than 100.
Love your vids mate, that said, i would like to say something. I hope anyone reading this won't get it the wrong way! As much as your new warframe player journey is really helpful for a lot of new players, 99% of the new players dont get free handout treatment of constant free out right frames, slots, boosters and what not. So they can't relate them selves with you vids to help them in their journey, so if you can just not accept those kind of gifs and try playing on public lobby and stuff till like mid game i think that would help new players alot more, and of course getting help from chat while streaming is a good help for you and new players that are watching your vids too. I'm not trying to be salty or anything just what i think is all, keep up the good work mate 👍
He is far too deep for that now. To get the actual new player expirience right, he should start MR1 and cancel the gifting option. But we all know he wont do it.
If people can't figure out by now that streamer privilege is real then they need to power up their brains. Is he even playing this to represent the actual new player experience? It kinda seems to me like he's just playing it to have fun, try a game, and make content. If you can't tell from this game's average twitch viewer count, no one wants to watch someone grind out BPs, so why should he have to be the one to put out garbage content just to pass some commenter's weird purity test?
Once upon a time I told you there was too much of your room in your webcame You told me your room was beautiful I agree. Your love for this game is super precious and has got me back into it also to and thankyou
Warframe vet here with a cool build idea I absolutely adore for my gauss. While his third ability is easily one of the best damage abilities in the game, when you unlock the helminth and you can replace his third ability with one called “energized munitions” Gauss becomes my favorite expierences in the game
Two cold and then one heated thermal sunder is more than enough to strip enemy armor. If you would've done that to the Spectre, his health bar turns from yellow to red and he is super easy to kill. That's what the difference between yellow and red health bars means. Yellow means they have armor and you can strip it a million different ways.
Gauss is the frame that brought me to the game, have main him ever since i got him, haven't get off him for a long time. Can't get enough of my speedy boi
Glad to see you are enjoying warframe. Gauss is a really good fun and cool frame, working all the way to most endgame stuff. Tho you might wanna steer clear of infested. Yeah poison ouchies.
mac, i think you should farm Voruna after you unlock the conjunction survival mission nodes on Lua. Shes a a** kicking swiss army knife of a frame. best melee frame in the game at the moment. her passive is she has 4 passives, one for each ability. 1) makes her invis and speedy, and passive gives parkour velocity. aka zoomy stealth frame perfect for spy/sabotage/capture missions. 2) spam to spread 5 random status effects per use. passive gives her complete status immunity. 3) helps her get her energy back with melee kills or health back with head shot kills. passive gives her heavy atk efficiency which is useful in gaining her up to 10x damage multiplier. 4) her ult deals a lot of slash damage and causes bleed procs. passive gives her an out in case shes dealt lethal damage. the ability has 5 charges and an augment mod. i highly recommend you get the augment mod from your syndicates if you want her charges to come back. the passive can only be use once but stays until expended and then goes on cooldown for 60 seconds. switching passives will 100% put it on cooldown if youve already used it. heres a gameplay loop for you if youd like: (1)hold to enter her 3rd passive then use her 1 to go invis followed by entering her 4+aug+equilibrium.(2) then use her 2 ability and then her ult on one enemy then repeat on another enemy to nuke them and any other nearby enemies. youll need to use her 3 to help with the energy youll need for that. equilibrium will make it so whether you pick up health or energy youll be refilling your health and energy. her 1 is great for survivability. and her 3rd passive is great for getting her 10x multiplier. her 2 can also help you get your ult charges back if you find yourself running low and killing stuff too fast. though more than likely it is possible that it caused your charges to run low in the first place if youre doing low level content. if you do lower level content then you can omit her 2 ability from the loop and just use her 4 or vice versa. be aware of nullifiers, or map pitfalls/death, or over spamming your ult charges. theyll kick you from your channeled abilities (1 and 4) and youll have to restart the gameplay loop get your damage stacks back. sadly mobalytics doesnt support warframe to my knowledge otherwise id make a build link. Happy farming Mac. We all lift together.
If you can get ahold of him, Nezha is another hypermobile frame that goes mega fast, but instead of by running, he does it by sliding. Also his Deluxe is killer. Nova and Loki can also straight up teleport, and (I think) Loki's isn't even range limited
Pro tip for Gauss to anyone interested in playing him Its easy to be immortal or practically immortal Outside of his 2nd ability making him immune to almost all forms of damage if he reaches 100% with redline on, it gives you energy. You can abuse the energy you gain from getting hit to keep yourself alive with quick thinking Quick thinking uses energy to keep you from dying from a fatal attack, while his 2nd gives you energy from being attacked. You could complete SP missions without dying with only quick thinking and flow/primed flow on. You can also subsume nourish if you don't want to kill enemies for energy orbs. You will die eventually if you just stand still, but other mods and his passive make it difficult to worry about dying.
I swear when I unlocked railjack I was genuinely surprised. This game has the guts to completely change the formula of its fundamental gameplay mechanics and offer something very unique. Loving WF now.
Gauss prime is one of my favorites. I've been running him with a melee build. Group everything with his one augment, freeze em with his 3, slash em with nikana prime. I have a riven that gets me to 99.8% crit on light attacks at 12x combo so I run melee duplicate
Even if you don't want to I would highly recommend going mach making for rail jack unless you have friends to play with, be after Earth things get real
Yo Mactics just wanted to let you know that you were told how to use Gauss' Thermal Sunder wrong! You want to first make sure your battery (on the right) is full! You can do this by casting red line and running around, using your 1, or using the cold version of Thermal Sunder. Once it is full and built u p to 100% preferably, you will be able to cast the heat version of Thermal Sunder without it expending battery level. Then you simply cast it a few times (usually 5 or so), and then cast the cold version ONCE. It will condense ALL the damage the heat procs would have done into 1 damage instance, whilst also stripping the armor of all enemies in range. This will NUKE pretty much ANY enemy in the game. Build into range, duration, and efficiency, with a at least 100% strength!
Tip, use some mods for the parazon, the ones I use give a chance to autohack consoles, one to extend the time for hacks, and lastly blood for money, that refills the ammo of your weapons for finisher kills
Someone giving you Hildryn might as well be a good thing, specifically because to get her parts means you have to fight the exploitor orb on the Vallis
For the hacking once you reach a certain point in game time you just craft ciphers. Or you if you don't wanna do that there's a mod for the parazon that makes you randomly complete the puzzle automatically.
Idk it you've been told about it yet but check out the mods on your Parazon (your hacking/finisher tool) they can electrocute nearby enemies, extend hacking time, give a chance to autohack, etc
great video as usual, if you dont want people gifting you frames and having them sit there, you can sell the frames in the inventory menu, bit rude to the person who gifted you but if you just dont want it you can sell it for like 10k credits

Every time I hear the second dream theme drop, i tear up.
Im loving this journey dude, keep this going 🔥🔥🔥
Once upon a time I told you there was too much of your room in your webcame
You told me your room was beautiful
I agree.
1:55 bruh i've been playing for 7 years and didn't know you could do that wtf?
Same lol. Do you know how its done on PlayStation?
How to do that?
I was thing it was remove
It’s the transference ability you can only do after the second dream and before the war within.
@@Ray565. @pochoclowo been playing for 7yr, im sure he know transference thing, but the ability how to operator do wisp thing... how to do that?
Two cold and then one heated thermal sunder is more than enough to strip enemy armor.
If you would've done that to the Spectre, his health bar turns from yellow to red and he is super easy to kill.
That's what the difference between yellow and red health bars means. Yellow means they have armor and you can strip it a million different ways.
Bro you are flying through this content, I come back today and bros got new war, gauss prime lols (both are some of my favs)
im from spain and im loving the vids i just enjoy all single second. I hope u continue playing warframe fro a long time
Gauss is the frame that brought me to the game, have main him ever since i got him, haven't get off him for a long time.
You can sell frames in your inventory. Game menue, equipment, inventory, warframes. Then sell them if you want to grind them out
Idk why but I just love watching you progress through the game
Thermal sunder : 1. Heat 2. Cold = more damage. You can invert the Tap/hold in the settings to have Heat on tap and cold on Hold.
If you can get ahold of him, Nezha is another hypermobile frame that goes mega fast, but instead of by running, he does it by sliding. Also his Deluxe is killer. Nova and Loki can also straight up teleport, and (I think) Loki's isn't even range limited
Pro tip for Gauss to anyone interested in playing him
Its easy to be immortal or practically immortal
Outside of his 2nd ability making him immune to almost all forms of damage if he reaches 100% with redline on, it gives you energy.
You can abuse the energy you gain from getting hit to keep yourself alive with quick thinking
Quick thinking uses energy to keep you from dying from a fatal attack, while his 2nd gives you energy from being attacked.
You could complete SP missions without dying with only quick thinking and flow/primed flow on.
You can also subsume nourish if you don't want to kill enemies for energy orbs.
You will die eventually if you just stand still, but other mods and his passive make it difficult to worry about dying.
Great tip, I'm gonna try this out since steel path has been kicking my behind
wait, you tellomg me My 400+ duration Gauss can also never die?
@@psychokuca302 and with arcane nullifier he will never worry about losing energy again.
Gauss prime is better for open world then gauss
Gauss prime doesnt even let door open
I swear when I unlocked railjack I was genuinely surprised. This game has the guts to completely change the formula of its fundamental gameplay mechanics and offer something very unique. Loving WF now.
You should subsume all of your gifted frames when you get the helminth upgrade
the only readon i started playing warframe is because i saw the gauss prime trailer
bruh i love this series
Gauss prime is one of my favorites. I've been running him with a melee build. Group everything with his one augment, freeze em with his 3, slash em with nikana prime. I have a riven that gets me to 99.8% crit on light attacks at 12x combo so I run melee duplicate
Even if you don't want to I would highly recommend going mach making for rail jack unless you have friends to play with, be after Earth things get real
8:56 this guy got thermite rounds in a second try
You know, it'll be infinitely funny when he gets Ivarra and finds out how trivial you can make Spy missions.😁
So no one’s gonna tell him about the auto breach mod for the Parazon
Here we go, its basically time for the war within, im so excited to see his reaction to it
so exited for your experience with the war within
Next episode is gonna be pure CINEMA
I just can't wait for you to do call of the tempestari
Yo Mactics you should definitely do the deadlock protocal quest after you do the war within. One of the best Glaive weapons in the game
Bro is going to have so much fun when he plays with a railjack nerd on garuda with max missiles and parts.
OG players will cry when they be reminded on the railjack old resource build requirements
6,000,000 credits

500 detonite ampules
10,000 salvage
Someone giving you Hildryn might as well be a good thing, specifically because to get her parts means you have to fight the exploitor orb on the Vallis
For the hacking once you reach a certain point in game time you just craft ciphers. Or you if you don't wanna do that there's a mod for the parazon that makes you randomly complete the puzzle automatically.
Idk it you've been told about it yet but check out the mods on your Parazon (your hacking/finisher tool) they can electrocute nearby enemies, extend hacking time, give a chance to autohack, etc
Wukong is one of my go to frames along with gauss prime. Makes spy missions a breeze also ive died the least with wukong.
Spy missions are PEAK content
My favoritest (if thats a word)
He is me and I am him.
Came for the Destiny 2 content, stayed for the Warframe love. ❤️
I'm waiting for the chains of harrow. Will definetly have some popcorn while watching it.
as a gauss main, welcome to the most fun boi in the game :)
Also wanna make sure you have 2nd and 4th abilities on for gauss at all times
its great hes a UA-camr - he gets gifted mostly anything and free of work! Hopefully people gifts you slots instead of built frames.
Damn: I really need frame slots, cuz im almost crafting any frame i can 😭😭😭
Dont forget the side quests, they amazing as well
great video as usual, if you dont want people gifting you frames and having them sit there, you can sell the frames in the inventory menu, bit rude to the person who gifted you but if you just dont want it you can sell it for like 10k credits
nah its not rude, he asked to not get them and he will always get a free slot so its not like he throws it away completely
@90bubbel60 a good point, forgot about the whole keep the slot (I am mr 29 just dumb af lmao)
"'since im not supposed to have em yet ,im not gunna use em"", 0:47 then proceeds to use gauss 🤣
he was gifted gauss, but crafted gauss prime himself. he was saying that since he was gifted gauss, he will not use gauss. he crafted gauss prime on his own, so he is letting himself use gauss prime.
i used gauss prime, who i grinded out and crafted myself
you got a lot to learn about gauss yet, once you get to it it's going to be yet ANOTHER discovery of fun
(Also, time stamp for ember really?)
Just got Vauban as a first Frame ever after Excalibur, it's a ton of fun
U are doing great in warframe
Building Railjack should be done after Chains of Harrow. An oversight by DE to allow it to be done prior, IMO.
That long cutscene of slotting key into reliquary makes no sense without an extra character that only appears if you did CoH first.
