I appreciate your tip about the importance of brushing curly hair when it’s wet. I feel like this is a confusing aspect in the curly girl community. Thanks and I agree! I love your curly hair and I’m more wavy like you. There is a need to for more wavy hair content! Thanks ❤ I am a new sub.
Your curls are SOO gorgeous!! I also make curly hair videos and this was so fun to watch. I’m obsessed. 😍 I subbed and am excited to watch all your other vids.
Why do wavys feel they have to apologise??? We have the best of both worlds 😊 I find air drying isn't the best option, it tends to look flat so diffusing adds the volume then define with a light oil like quai .
Oh wow, great results! Your curls look just as good as ppl who spend so much time twisting all their hair in a million little locks. Lol I'm definitely going to give this a try now 🤗❤❤
It’s so hard to find someone who has finer hair and doesn’t use a ton of product! I can’t use a ton or it goes super limp. I have the bounce curl brush but I find it makes my hair limper. Maybe I’m using it wrong?
I feel like every hair type is different! I’m not a fan of the brush either, I think it might work better for thicker hair types 🤷🏼♀️ or just certain curls! Whatever works best for your hair 🩷
You definitely fall into the 2c-3a category. Which brush is that pink one? I tried the tangle teezer and all it did was yank tons of my hair out. I have 2b/c wavy hair, very long, and mostly high porosity. Tangles are a nightmare. I detangle with conditioner in shower but it takes at least half an hour to do. They are just so stuck together since my hair is extremely dry. Of course, I stick to the curly girl approved products and have been cgm for almost two years now. It's just a real struggle because I can't seem to find a brush that actually detangles, with a grip too. I have the Wet Brush, wide toothed shower comb, and a Cantu detangling washday brush that also seems to rip it out. The teeth are so tight. My only goal is to always have the best beachy wavies possible. 🧜🏻♀️ Oh, and I have a diffuser. If not for the diffuser, it would probably take 8 hours to dry. And, I've got a bad back, so wash day is my ultimate struggle, but I will not cut my hair. Is there a specific brush that can help me? Thank you.
You can also brush your hair in the shower while the conditioner is it as there will be more slip, less pulling.
YES! I forgot to mention that. Great note ☺️🫶🏼
I do every time❤
If you went upside down and got it and scrunched closer to your roots ,you might get more curl higher up
Thanks for the tip! I tried this yesterday & it worked 😊 so much floof!!

Try using the kinky curly products. They are really light. Natural and I feel that they are perfect for wavy hair.
