I honestly just want to say, I don't ride for anything bigger than just riding a motorcycle. I have family who are the same and just like it because it truly is amazing to ride a bike, the riding experience never gets old, and that's basically it... I love motorcycles
This is me. I ride alone. I just can’t be bothered with all the biker attitude, the feeling the need to keep up with buddies or waiting for them. I just fill up the Harley, and ride it till I’m done, wherever the wind takes me. It’s the best feeling, open her up when you want, stop when you need, chill without pressure.
Too much drama. Whatever hapened to just filling up your motorcycle and just ride 'till you get soar? There's no need for labels and "biker attitude". Just ride, man. Where ever you can and how often you can on whatever motorcycle you can afford to ride.

I have come around to understanding where you are coming from and that you were a standup guy but with different values. I can also see how different early life experiences led to us having some differing views. So in a broad sense, same church, separate pews. But dog, I have to tell you, I happened to pause exactly between the two parts. When I returned I thought a new vid had loaded. And it was truly beautiful, riding in nature, beautiful world, all that. Then I began to suspect it might be an ad for ED pills or a hair product. It was almost too slick. But once I stopped being dazzled by your honestly stunning cinematography I see an old guy looking back on his life and taking his own inventory to assess how he has done in life & reflecting on choices he has made. And it is realer than most people ever get. I know because that is exactly where I am & what I do also. You have a real cinematic talent if that was stuff you shot. I think Patches & I must eat the same things for breakfast because that’s just about the way I feel at ten am, given I am a night owl who is retired and no longer has to put up with any of a whole lot of things. Warm sunny rides to you! You’re earned them.
I’m a “lone wolf” because I ride alone, except when my wife’s a passenger. HA! I know people that ride but they’re MILES from me. A few people are in a club and I’m pretty sure they’re going to be speeding and I just don’t and won’t do that. I pay taxes, not tickets. At least I can go when I want, where I want and stop when I want.

So the way I see this Lone Wolf vs M.C. dichotomy is from the "Power" point of view, I have read some specialized authors on this topic (Power), like Bruce Bueno de Mesquita or Robert Greene, and one of the Rules of Power that all this authors repeat is that Power is exercised only collectively, and here you may think, "Even if that is true, I don't care, I don't want to be part of any Power Dynamic, therefore I will continue as a Lone Wolf", the problem with that is that there's a "Zero Rule of Power", which is something like this: "Without Power, you can't affect nothing, and with any social interaction, there will be a Power Dynamic wether you like it or not". So basically we cannot escape Power, and if you choose to be a powerless agent in your social interactions because you don't like to deal with those dynamics, you'd be losing the little Liberty that you have, that's why powerfull people are always always part of a Group of Power, it could be an M.C., it could be a Political Party, the Police, the Army, a drug cartel, a company, a small criminal group, etc. You will never find a powerfull Lone Wolf, because from the Power point of view, a Lone Wolf is a dead wolf, and personally, I have suffered police abuse and also criminal attacks and there was nothing I could do to defend myself, that's one of the two reasons I want to be part of a (not criminal) M.C. (My other reason is because it would be nice to have Brothers in my life, call me a pussy but I have a lot of Love to give once I find the right people).

Wearing anything that resembles a 3 peice patch WILL put you in harms way! And this dude encouraging it is putting people who dont know better at risk! A true lone wolf who doesnt want mc association wears NO patches on the back of their cut! As the whole point is to not look like your anything to do with an mc. This cops advice can get you hurt - it aint him thats gotta take the consequences of it. Also funny how he slags off mc for telling people to not dress up like them - yet try walking down the street in a cop uniform and see how quick they do the SAME THING!

Several mc's have been profen to be criminal orgs and are forbidden by law to. Where i live, MC's dont have any say in what to wear or not. Law rules in our country, not MC's
I came to this video a little late, only because in January I was on a solo ride that took me from Florida to California and as far north as Denver, CO. I've friends I ride with, some have patches. Or I can decide to jump on my bike and ride off alone for weeks at a time. I've broken down in the middle of no-where, and it wasn't long before I had a truck pull up and two men call me brother, and help me to a shop. You don't need a patch to define who you are, or have brothers in the world.
I ride with no other most all the time.i worked in Durham nc. for many years. I got to know a handful of H.A. they were some of the old guys. But allways treated me as a friend.this was back in the 80s. Im sure these guys are all dead and gone now.the were old then.i still look back on those days with a smile. Never was a problem.i raise a beer to the big red in Durham nc.

Pretty slick vid did a fantastic job. I can see both you n patches sides of the subject. All I can say is if ya find the right club with the right folks there's alotta fun to be had. I did the lone wolf thing for along time riding by myself or with friends. Funny thing though several yrs ago all of us lone wolves got together and ironicly started our own club Chrome Dawgz mc. The right folks don't care what's on your vest.

My grandfather was a 33° FREEMASON#1165, I like Brotherhood, been involved in Brotherhood, but also love fellowship & the Craft in itself! Therefore that's why or what the enquiry is about! I personally agree . By definition I guess I'd be considered a lone wolf. As they say (I was Born ready) I learnt how to look after myself, service my own bike ect ect. I've been riding by the Grace of God 47 years both in England and America. I have very few friends but those I do have can ride , and we've ridden hard at times. When I was younger I toyed with clubs ( in fact I started in one very briefly then circumstances took me to another country). As I got older and watched and heard of how Mc s operate I realized it wasn't for me. As you know the big clubs spawned out of the military. I was the civilian on the base whereas my family on both sides of the pond WERE in all branches both Brit and US. The point is they have to follow too many rules for my liking just like Mc s. President, VP, ect ect giving orders , instructions ect. Where's the freedom in that ? It's great to ride with friends and have the back up I guess. But example old Clint Eastwood in the movies moved around on his own independently. Now people should wear what they want but having said that I wouldn't and don't go around trying to portray something I'm not I wouldn't go out of my way pissing somebody off in the process. But in my mindset independent Riders are the ones that are truly out there on their own on the road bucking the establishment An Answer to No One But themselves.

Ray been riding for a few days, been a patchholder for many years and not ever worried about going to prison or dead... Many clubs out there and not a request to do prison time to get in and if you ride the possibility of death is always there but if you choose to ride alone that cool to.Different strokes for different folks, there are a ton of really good clubs out there. We all need help and friends now and then, a club is a great way to meet brothers, also who do you think fights all this government legislation they are trying to force on us all the time....Remember your ability to ride free and indeed to even be allowed to own a motorcycle these days is due to the continued fighting and petitions these groups and clubs do all the time spending fortunes on lawyers.
LONEWOLF4LIFE 33 years so far its dangerous enough riding a motorcycle riding with other increases your chances of being in an accident. I'll do what I want when I want no plans or rules needed. And yes I don't play dress up either no bandana no harley tees dark sun glasses chain hanging from my wallet fingerless gloves rings on most of your fingers ect . I love to build and ride motorcycles I'm not a "biker"
