I'm an "Airborne Brother" that's as far as I got into any brotherhood. Just a different path. Real brotherhood exists in the heart and mind. I liked many of the men I served with, didn't like all of them. We as men have a need for a brotherhood of sorts, sometimes it can be expressed in very negative ways. A man can be a brother outside of any organizational structure.
@@socialoracle - Thank you for your service. I hold a very special place in my heart for all vets My oldest brother was 173rd AB in Viet Nam (1967-68). I think the military is one of the truest brotherhoods out there. Again, thanks for the support of the channel and commenting.
Some dudes apparently need a brotherhood ? Others just fall out the womb stand on their feet and get on with life . They can also think and do for themselves without taking orders from anyone else that are going too end up in the ground one day just like they will. It's called being Free/ Independent / loner/ lone wolf whatever but definitely not being dictated too by anyone or anything!
I'm so glad and happy to ride completely alone and by my self. Being a good man and a decent character brings you the respect of all the people you meet, sooner or later.
Best trips I had was alone. With others this always happened: one is always riding too fast thinking it's some kind of race. Then always a guy get lost and have to call him and then waste time finding a meeting spot. Also you have this idiot who is tailgating you constantly and have no clue about safety. Riding alone is best
Not sure how I ended up here but as a PSA I'd just like to say that just because some guy is wearing a vest with patches on it while riding doesn't make that person a goddamn leper or something. I helped a guy who had been pushing his damn bike for over an hour because people wouldn't stop to help. Even worse is he mentioned numerous people slowed down like they were going to help but sped off when they presumably noticed his vest/patches. Turns out being a human being to someone might get you invited to their club for dinner. Couldn't have been a nicer bunch of guys. We are all human beings people, bike club members included. /end rant
Then you held up the old time road rules for all bikers. If ya see one broken down stop n check too make sure they are good cus ya may be them sometime. The old bikes broke down a lot more. But knowing that is another kind of code
I love it people that actually join a club so somebody else can tell them what to do. I promised myself after my service to our country I would never allow unqualified people to tell me what to do again
Prospected for six months, currently on hold due to deployment. The comparison between prospecting and the military is FACTS. I was thinking it before you even said it. ML&R, Bad Company MC
Been in and around a few clubs, also spent a very significant time in state prisons. For real there's no loyalty at all. When times are good and everything's going smoothly great. But that never lasts long. every time I was arrested it was because of a allegedly so-called brother. After 18 years of prison I prefer to be on the outside. If you want to put your freedom in the hands of somebody else go join a club!!!
Here's an idea: Join the Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. Ride any bike. Carry a CW, because you're "legal". No problem, you just need to be a retired LEO.

I've been asked by a member of a club in my area if I'd be interested in prospecting, and they said they'd be my sponsor. I haven't hung around with the club, but I'm thinking of going to their next "hangout" and getting to know them.
Speaking from experience being in the outlaws Chicago charter in the early 2000....please reconsider your opinion in joining one of these clubs. It ain't so pretty like people make it out to be. Stay safe
You have to treat a bike club like a gym membership or sports club. Just hang out & talk bikes with other bike enthusiasts . No different than a car club or 4x4 club really. I been in dirt bike clubs before...its much the same. Bunch of guys enjoying riding telling stories about rides..

I wanna ride ALONE. Live and let live. Don't need any "M.C." on the road - NOTHING beats that sensation when there's only YOU, your "2 WHEELS" and the ROAD - NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.
Most of my local clubs are really just friends who were similar clothing/patches to identify each other or signal that they are riding together. A lot of times, they meet with the dominant club of the area and get permission to wear a fully patched cut (sans certain rockers such as bottom rockers) and as long as they stay out of the dominant club's way, they live and let live.

Lmao I'm high asf been scrolling thru vids n came upon this. I used to be really close with the Latin riders in Arizona. I personally knew their president in the Arizona chapter. Kick ass guys
Your video is fine. But I want to give my opinion: This type of videos that say things about "How to join an MC" "How to wear your vest" "What patches to wear" etc. These are things that a biker must discover on his own account and without the need for help. They are things that one must find oneself by hook and by crook, by experiences, by mistakes, good and bad decisions. Obviously it is more extreme, but if you really want to be a 1% biker, start by discovering your own evolution and path towards that extreme world, you must prepare yourself for everything bad, nothing in this life is good, not even in an MC. If you did, congratulations! You are one of the few classic bikers who still keep that authentic essence, because you learned from your mistakes and your experience. So please let's not turn this movement and this culture into a newbie fad. God bless you and good luck on the road.

There's an Arab saying: "God gave us two ears and a single mouth", so don't be chatbox and listen to the people, don't ask questions, show always respect and at the same time maintain your dignity, be aware, be ready to work, to help, don't talk bad about anybody, be honest, don't boast, be positive, maintain a distance respect everybody, be discreet, prove loyalty, go little by little, be generous... These are characteristics that are universal and everybody appreciates them. No doubt.

I liked many of the men I served with, didn't like all of them. We as men have a need for a brotherhood of sorts, sometimes it can be expressed in very negative ways. A man can be a brother outside of any organizational structure.

Some dudes apparently need a brotherhood ? Others just fall out the womb stand on their feet and get on with life . They can also think and do for themselves without taking orders from anyone else that are going too end up in the ground one day just like they will. I'm so glad and happy to ride completely alone and by my self.
Being a good man and a decent character brings you the respect of all the people you meet, sooner or later.
Right on. AMEN.
Best trips I had was alone. With others this always happened: one is always riding too fast thinking it's some kind of race. Then always a guy get lost and have to call him and then waste time finding a meeting spot. Also you have this idiot who is tailgating you constantly and have no clue about safety.
Riding alone is best
I don't know if it brings respect from everyone, but at least you can respect yourself if you're a good man.

Been in and around a few clubs, also spent a very significant time in state prisons. For real there's no loyalty at all. When times are good and everything's going smoothly great.
